Jaycee had good reviews and was able to fit me in for the next day. They have two options a flat rate or hourly, I went with the flat rate of $450 for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. They charged an additional $100 for the windows. I thought that was reasonable. He got there at 8am didn't finish until 3:45. He did a great job deep cleaning the restrooms. He even helped me throw away some of the final items I was getting rid of. At the end I was able to review the work and have him touch up anything I noticed missing which was only a small area of baseboards. He really did a great job I have no complaints. I would recommend this company to others and I was so grateful to find them after my nightmare last minute cancellation with the last company. Beware of booking with the smaller companies on yelp that do not have many reviews, I'd definitely go with Jaycee Cleaning again in the future.

Jazmin and her team were super helpful beforehand - being able to give me a pretty good estimate for the service and asking the appropriate questions to have the best idea for how to approach the project all through text. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room.
