I have worked with both Antonio and Veronica on scheduling and logistics, and although they are extremely booked I have always been able to get on their schedule. I request a cleaning every 3-4 months. They have been great to work with! The first time they cleaned my house was during a move-out and I accidentally left the key at my new house so they had to wait about an hour for them to start cleaning because I had to ask a roommate to drive the key over. They were so patient and accomodating, I felt so bad, but they reassured me things happen and moving is hard (especially during a pandemic). They did a fantastic job and my landlord did not end up using his cleaning service since the Romero team had the house looking spotless! I've used them for 3 house moves and cleaning every couple of months and I HIGHLY recommend them.

There's better cleaning and more professional services out there- if you love your home, don't settle for this or you'll be disappointed like I was. I've used this service one time before today and this second time I've confirmed, never again. Standards of cleaning are OK to be honest. There is generally no care or attention to detail- which is something you really want when getting your home cleaned. But because they keep dropping business cards on my door, I caved in to try them one more time. This morning they showed up and after greeting everyone, all I asked was for no shoes in my white carpeted bedroom. They can keep their shoes on everywhere else. I even suggested they cover their shoes if they don't want to take their shoes off completely. They agreed and proceeded to begin cleaning while I went to get changed for work. 2 minutes later, I hear a knock on my bedroom door and when I came to the door, two of the ladies had already left my apartment and Rita just said "because you have an issue with our shoes, we won't be doing the cleaning and we are leaving." No discussion. Super shocked at this level of y professionalism and service. If the issue was taking off the shoes, why couldn't they at least clean the kitchen, living room or bathrooms? Why didn't they have shoes covers or put some on to be able to clean the bedroom? Leaving without any discussion or offer to find a middle ground was extremely unprofessional. Will gladly never try this business again. Ps- please make sure you have workers compensation insurance to make sure your employees are protected on the job, rather than just leave and message "due to liability issues...we don't take shoes off on carpets"...? Makes no sense. I hope this business actually improves from this feedback, but I'm not that hopeful because I see similar complaints from years ago online.

They were here for about 5 hours and did a job so good we couldn't have expected more. They went so far above and beyond; we have nothing but superlatives for them. She took the entire two hours just to clean my bathroom, which was not even that dirty to begin with. I normally do my own cleaning about twice a month, so it was not even that dirty at all. I have lived here for 8 years and recently moved out, so understandable that there might be some tough stains. Before I hired her, I asked for a 2 hour job to clean the room and the living room. She readily accepted the job was nice enough to give me an additional 30 mins for a total of $90. She even told me that she would do "deep" carpet cleaning. So today, when she was two hours into the work. She was just about done with the bathroom only! Her excuse was because she was very detailed. When I walked through the bathroom, there was an obvious stain left in one of the drawers and my shower head and handle still had tons of water stains and she didn't even bother to clean the gutter of the window nor the wall moulding/baseboard in the bathroom!! And this is how she called a "detailed cleaning." When it came to the carpet cleaning, she just vacuumed! But she called it a "deep cleaning!" And of course when she left, she didn't even have time to clean the living room, as we originally discussed. At the end of the day, she told me she just started the job in April. Since she was nice and this is her new career, I was willing to give her a second chance and I asked if she would come back next time and be a little more efficient and pay more attention to details. She turned it down and instead she criticized me that I jumped into the conclusion (that she didn't do a good job today) too early and she had so many clients who didn't complain...
