The staff again is great - I have a busy work schedule and have had to reschedule a few times and they've always been super accommodating. But, I think that it might be more about how they do injections because I've had excellent results with a doctor's office in DC (where the nurse made smaller injections and more distributed along my forehead as opposed to injecting more Botox in a few spots.
