Best food on the Cape, hands-down! Yes, the menu is limited, but I have no problem with that. Kudos to owner/chef, Steve, for focusing on what he does best! I recommend the shrimp tacos, with their amazing peach avocado salsa every chance I get. I've yet to hear anything but rave reviews. The BBQ pulled pork tacos & nachos are awesome, too! I really should try the grouper sandwich and shrimp & grits, but those damned shrimp tacos keep me coming back! I've seen a few reviewers knocking their "service". They aren't there to provide "service". You can get that at a sit-down restaurant. Peachy's is where you go for great food, in a casual "serve yourself" setting. Step up the counter, write down what you want (shrimp tacos, perhaps), grab a cold beer from the cooler, pay (cash only), make your own change, pull up a seat and wait for your name to be called. I didn't even make it in the door. Sign on door that says 'No masks allowed'. I'm all for freedom to choose, I don't even wear one anymore, but my dad has cancer and still wears one. I won't tolerate a judgement of him when they don't understand he has an actual life or death situation and him wearing a mask does absolutely nothing to anyone else. There is no reason to be a jerk about it when you can turn an eye. I had a family of six and would have spent a good amount but I don't like to mix politics with my lunch. Great food option at an otherwise, limited, Cape San Blas. The tacos were very good, especially the blackened shrimp. They were prepared with a peach salsa which was fruity with a little kick. We will definitely eat here again next year. They food is prepared in to-go boxes. You can either take it with you or eat at one of the picnic tables out front. read more

If you want to pay crazy high prices for small portions then go ahead. This is a cash only place. My favorite part was when the guy refused to touch the money that came from my wallet (not wet swimsuit money). He just pointed and walked away. $2 for a small water. $16 for a sandwich. Simple but delicious menu, no frills atmosphere, good value, and most importantly... close so that you don't have to drive all the way to Port St. Joe just to get some decent food. We just stopped by for our first visit to Peachy's and we absolutely LOVED it! We arrived at about 7:50 and ate inside. We realized later that they close at "8 ish" but the owners were so incredibly nice not to kick us out. I ordered the shrimp and grits which were a great balance of spice and creaminess and they were very generous with the perfectly cooked shrimp. So delicious. My husband had the loaded pork nachos and they were fantastic as well. The pork was just right for us, caramelized edges and tender inside. We can't wait to go back and try more off of the menu. I love writing down and totaling your own orders, it really feels like a low key, great food beach spot and we are so excited to have found it. read more

We finally found them when they were open. It's off season so the schedule posted isn't accurate. They're open till 3ish only. The tacos were very tasty and had quite a bit of zing. My husband had the shrimp tacos and I had the mango mahi tacos. Everything is made fresh to order. Like most places around here no one was wearing masks. We stopped in for lunch and quite enjoyed it! The actual dining establishment apparently only recently opened and was preceded by a food truck. We liked that there was indoor/air conditioned seating. You have to write your own order, calculate how much it costs yourself, get your own drink, bring the food to your table but they have a tip jar? How am I the first person writing a review about this place?? I don't often write them (obvious by my post count), but this place deserves some recognition. It is a hole-in-the-wall restaurant on a hole-in-the-wall beach. But like a lot of hole in the wall places, it far exceeds expectations. They have a small menu of various tacos (pork, Mahi mahi, blackened shrimp), pork nachos, and a pork platter. The wife and I split the pork and the Mahi Mahi tacos. Both were delicious, but the pork taco was amazing. The pork was smoked perfectly and served with a fruit slaw/salsa. All entrees are served with a fresh peach (fits with the name), which is both unusual and delicious. Highly recommend. 5 stars for food in a location that doesn't have many options. The one knock on the place is that the service was subpar. The place is a food truck....err food trailer. The size means that only 2 people were working there and they quickly became overwhelmed by the traffic at dinner time. We had to wait 10 minutes to order, then because the restaurant doesn't have a ticket numbering or name identification on the orders, another group of patrons took our food. The guy in the food truck was nice about it, and quickly remade our order. A little organization would have prevented this, though. 3 stars for service. Overall, I still give the place 5 stars. The food is good, and I since don't generally go to a food truck for their service, I'm not going to hold it against them. read more

We love Cape San Blas and there are not many options out there, but this place is very yummy and a great place to eat-- fish tacos, shrimp and the Pulled pork are all great! It's a little pricey, but you pay for the convenience of not having to drive over to Port St Joe. We love that we can ride our bikes, too! read more

All menu items include tax in the price. You lay your cash on the ticket and if you need change you get it yourself. If you eat at their tables you clean up after yourself. After being on the Cape for a month I highly recommend Peachy's. We eat here at a minimum twice a week now they are open for dinner. If I could give maybe a .5 star I would. First impression when we walked in was a little odd.. kinda confused by the system they have there. You can't ask anyone for help because the Mexican lady working the front doesn't speak English and only points at things. You pretty much serve yourself the whole time, and the place is filled with rudely worded signs explaining not to ask for anything on the side because you have two hands capable of picking things off that you don't like. Cash only. You wipe your own table down. $2 for a water, $12 for 2 tacos. The part that really got me was when my fiancé put down "no pico" due to an allergy he has, and the owner rudely came up to us wondering as to why we requested no pico, like we insulted his family by doing so?
