He quickly diagnosed the situation and as there was a way to use water without a further leak, he picked up the replacement part Monday and came right over to fix it. He's friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. In addition to plumbing emergencies, he does boiler replacements, emergency services, installs everything from old-school boilers to the latest heat pumps, from radiant flooring to steam radiators. They also repaired my boiler's vent tube and installed a cap, so the vent whistle works and things are now up to code. Everything looks great and works perfectly. Jason and his crew were very polite and professional, and they explained everything that they were doing throughout the process. They were punctual and completed work in a timely manner. They also kept everything neat and clean. Best of all, the finished cost was exactly what I had been quoted in the estimate. And the price was very reasonable. PS I could have done the work they did in about an hour if I was 20 years younger. It cost almost $400.

I contacted them using their webform, and unfortunately,.. before reading other reviews regarding this fee that they charge and ended up passing on using them when they contacted me. There's many other excellent electricians in the area that won't charge you a penny to come by and with no obligations to use them. That's the way we ended up going and we'll still have the excellence of service at a very competitive price. I'm sure Lloyd's is a great company and this review is not suggesting otherwise, but, do you want to spend $149 to end up not even using them? Lloyd's might consider a new policy for 2025, ..."your $149 estimate fee will be credited to your work", in-other-words, if you went with using Lloyd's, they would credit you that $149 back. Sadly, that is not their policy. Yet.
