After a few days of troubled breathing and even sitting was uncomfortable, I called 8 Dimensions to schedule an adjustment. Dr. Russ was able to fit me in later that day. I arrived a bit early and was greeted with a warm smile by the front desk staff, and offered hot tea while I filled out the health questionnaire. After meeting with Dr Russ he did a back scan through his computer which showed which areas of my back was out of alignment. Sadly, my back was pretty bad.
