I was annoyed with the free car wash that was promised (one of the salesman's selling points) every time you bring your car in for service. I have never seen a more half-ass wash in my life. Also, I took my vehicle in for a recall service last August and they didn't even bother to wash it. I was going to let it go and just take my business elsewhere. My wife didn't let it go and asked that a manager give her a call. Apparently the manager is waaaay too busy or he/she doesn't give a damn. A week has passed and we still haven't received a call from the manager. It's only a car wash, but it was promised and I hold businesses to their promises. If they let simple things slip, how will they handle bigger issues? I guess I'll never know because they've lost my business.
