Great new addition to the already hopping downtown mystic area. The uniqueness of the establishment is worth noting from the moment you walk in. Top tier staffing to greet you with a nice warm welcoming, is just the beginning of what I would refer to as an absolute perfect dining experience! From the provisions to the tipples and everything in between the chefs and bartenders are not just throwing food and beers together. Each plate as well as each cocktail is a work of art, not only pleasing to the eye but equally as appealing to the mouth and taste buds. The house made bread was a nice starter and the beats were freshly cooked and packed with flavor. Per usual we were app hopping so we only tried a few items from the appetizer menu and cocktail list. As we were deciding on choices, we were also getting to know a bit about all of the bartenders. You can tell instantly they are passionate about curating nothing but the best and will be continuing to experiment with new menus based on the seasons. I got to try an egg frothed gin drink that wasn't even on the menu yet and it was amazing. Also a coconut fat washed ginger Negroni? Say what? Never have I ever.... Needless to say I can't speak highly enough about my new found favorite local spot. I am already planning a date night with some friends so that I can share the deliciousness amongst friends and family See you there Cheers

Nestled on the curve of Water Street, Pearl Provisions has easy parking in the lot right behind it. We grabbed two comfortable seats at the bar where proprietor Moses Laboy greeted us with a warm handshake and an impressive cocktail menu - I ordered The Fifty-Fifty Martini with a dash of orange cocktail bitters and Fords Gin, my go-to martini these days. My wife delighted over her drink- the Wallokosky: a luscious zucchini-based drink with gin and St.Germain, and a frothy topping, which she took care not to devour too quickly. We also ordered the baked oysters (delicious), the mushroom soup (to die for) and salmon for dinner (fresh, crispy, amazing). Sitting there sipping my martini, looking out over the Mystic River while watching the boats and cormorants- it's paradise... and you have a consummate professional behind the bar.

Had the chance to stop by last Friday night for dinner and drinks! The place is beautifully designed and the decor is upscale! We had about 4 different cocktails, all were delicious the balance was right on interesting flavors, not too boozy, and beautiful! The service was top notch! Everyone was very attentive and kind! We had the local oysters and tomato toast for starters, we then had Spicy Lobster Rigatoni and Cauliflower Trio! Great dishes the spicy Rigatoni was just right! Not too spicy 10/10. We also tried the Crispy Maitake which blew my mind! Since I'm not a huge mushroom kind of guy. TREMENDOUS! I would definitely try it again. I almost forgot the TOSTONES with that sauce!!!!!!!!!! Don't leave without trying the tostones! Finally DESSERT !!!!! Holy smokes the sliced mango dessert was incredible!

Great food, great drinks, great service. Wonderful addition to Mystic! Highly recommended!

    Perfect viewing of the river.

Pearl is Mystic CTs Special Treat! There is eating, and there is dining. Pearl is DINING at its finest! Worry not, the cost is not much more than you would for a mediocre meal someplace else. Go to peal and treat yourself!

It was our first time at Port of Call, and we absolutely loved our experience! The ambiance is…read morereally great. We saw folks on dates, folks with their families. We originally planned to order the lobster pasta, but ultimately, due to the bartender's (Stephanie I think!) recommendation, decided to order the French onion burger and the mussels. We were really happy with that decision. The French onion burger might be one of my favorite burgers ever, and the fries were so good! The mussels were also delicious, but the broth was a little sweeter than I expected. In terms of drinks, my partner ordered the non-alcoholic sake highball, and I ordered the other Japanese-inspired drink on the menu. It was pretty strong, but so delicious! We will be back to Port of Call.

We went for an early seating yesterday and bravely brought our 8 month old. This was already a bold ask because this restaurant doesn't scream children but port of call took it with stride. We were accommodated with a highchair and several staff stopped to say hi to our baby. (For his part, our baby was relatively chill although a loud babbler, and no tears which we would call a win). Now onto the product. Absolutely phenomenal. We were wowed from start to finish. Every single drink, dish, and dessert far exceeded our expectations. The happy hour menu is very generously priced and had several favorites off the actual menu, as well as some items which I believe are available all the time. Our server (I'm very sorry I can't think of his name) was fantastic and offered excellent recommendations to like drinks on the current menu based on drinks we said we usually steer towards. Every drink (we had 4 different ones) absolutely knocked it out of the park. This would be an awesome spot for cocktails and apps with friends but is also a superb full service date night spot. We can't (and won't) stop raving about port of call!!!

If you can't handle stairs do not come. The website's statement regarding it's accessible patio was not accurate. It looked like one existed but it was closed and they were not seating people there. Sometimes mistakes are made, and websites are not updated... but, my niece had confirmed via phone that this patio was accessible. We were completely blindsided. Members of our family ended up just going back to the hotel because we were a party of 14 people on graduation weekend with no other options. Furthermore, There were only two bathrooms and they were on the first floor. If the patio had been open, these bathrooms would not have been accessible for anyone with mobility issues sitting on that patio. And there was a line, and no soap in one of the two bathrooms On the good side, the dining room was pretty and open air. It was a nice atmosphere and the waitstaff was good. But the food was expensive, and disappointing for the price and the hype. The onion roll in the bread basket was fantastic, and the sour dough was ok, but I didn't love the weird unchopped ceaser salad with discs of bread and parm. It was just frustrating to eat even if the flavors were good. My husband didn't really like the buccatini. I can't really speak for anyone else in our party. It was really going to be a high bar to make up for members of our family having to leave and not being able to celebrate with us. It could probably be a great place if they just got their act together. Other things to keep in mind are that parking in this part of town is beyond insane.
