Fantastic! Ladies are super friendly and attentive. Had my pedi AND mani done at the same time. Take about efficiency and being pampered! 25.00 for gel manicure and 25.00 for pedicure. Everyone is talkative and laughing and nobody upcharges you or asks about your non-existent boyfriend or why you're not married. First of all, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My friend and I spent hours browsing online, looking for a new place to religiously get our nails done in the area and we found this place, which has great reviews. We were so excited to try it out. We got there, and waited for about 30 minutes before we even got to sit down in the chair or horror. (My friend was getting an acrylic fill and she had a pleasant experience, and her nails looked beautiful...although they did cut her) Me on the other hand, not so much. I asked for a GEL MANICURE. I did have acrylic tips a few weeks ago, so my nails were on the weak side, but they were long and looked nice, and regardless, if you're a nail pro, then that shouldn't matter at all. The first girl who started doing my nails, filed the shit out of them, put the first layer on gel on, and had me stick my hands in the UV light for a little while. But for some reason, the gel was not really sticking and she proceeded to paint my nails anyway (bad decision). Then finally, she realized that it was starting to look like crap. so she began to scrape/file the gel off and re start the process. She did this about 2 more times. My nails were basically on fire from all of the filing she did. Then finally, her boss came over and took over. She began to take everything off, mind you.... the gel was completely hard so it was super difficult to take off...so then she finally wrapped tin foil around my nails to get the gel off and start the process over ONE MORE time..... But then I looked at the time and realized that I had already been there for over an hour, so I told her to just take everything off and that I just wanted to leave and had somewhere to be... so she violently scraped all of the gel off, and it burned my nails so much! I could have cried right then and there, not only because they physically hurt but also because of how SHORT and disgustingly thin they were. Finally, she got everything off and then demanded that I still had to pay $10 for a regular manicure and I was so beyond offended..... Why should I pay for a horrible service and complete waste of time? At this point, she started screaming at me and said that it was my fault that it didn't work because I used to have tips prior to going there...and I told her that she should have told me to begin with that she couldn't do my nails, instead of wasting over an hour of my day and burning my nails from filing so much! So I gave her $10, and didn't even get an apology or anything. WORST service ever, do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible.... It's rare for me to write bad reviews... (look through my yelp) Even all of the other nail salons that I was unhappy with I did not write any reviews because I figured it could just be a hit or miss.. and I ultimately like to support small business but this place is GARBAGE... Worst manicure pedicure I've had in 30 years. I asked for square, got round. Asked for sheer pink... Got opaque pink. I left 20 mins ago and Gel is already peeling off, it's all over cuticle. Snd surrounding skin, Staff seems sweet but untrained. The girl who did my pedicure filed my left foot not the right. When I asked her why, she simply nodded and continued on. The language barrier was obviously the problem at this point. She put my flip flops on before she applied the cream, hence my feet did not receive the application only my calves. When I asked if she was creaming my feet, she smiled and continued again. I just gave up. If I had 4 hours to spend on nails and no children to pick up I may have asked for someone more experienced to fix the mess, but the one woman who looked experienced was very busy. A suggestion would be to let them practice on each other A LOT, there technique and English before they attempt paying consumers. This place is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. I really wanted to give them a better rating. But ... their technicians are amateurs who need more training. The woman who did my pedicure barely cleaned my feet. I asked her to remove an ingrown nail and, though she tried, it was a fail. Honestly, the whole pedicure felt like a polish change. It was quick and not very good. Someone else did my manicure, and at first I was like, "Whew!" That was until I realized that she was worse. I hardly felt her pull /cut my cuticle to the point that I wonder of her tool even really touched my skin. She gave me a GEL mani but didn't really know how to apply gel nail polish, so it bubbled. And, the NEXT day, it peeled off my nails. The lady who seemed to be in charge did my gel nail polish over for free the next day and apologized. She was really nice and I wished I got her in the first place. All in all, I had to return for another 45 min to fix the lackluster job originally done on my hands. The tech seemed adequate but no basin liners, no clean implements, the place wasn't very clean & neither of the 2 ladies were friendly. The whole time I was there, they spoke in Spanish to each other. I'm convinced that the nail polish is very old. After drying, spraying & oiling, the polish was still not dry when I left & 2 nails were damaged. She said oh u must be use to gel. It takes a long time for regular polish to dry. Wonderful experience. Came in for a shellac manicure, took me right away. My manicurist was extremely friendly, I felt like we had been friends for years! Prices are amazing as the shellac was only 25! They didn't yet to talk me into any other services but I decided while I was there to get a $20 pedicure. That's right $20!! This was hands down the WORST pedicure I've ever had. My husband got me a gift certificate for Mother's Day bc it's near our house and he figured it would be convenient for me. I am going to a wedding tomorrow and was in a crunch. I asked for the spa pedicure, what a joke. There was NO massage and the foot reflexology they displayed was literally a push on each foot. I have been going here for years and have usually been pleased with my experience. Last Thursday I went to have acrylics put on and the man was in such a rush that he made me pay half way. He did not file down my actual nails before hand, or even remove the existing paint. I asked for him to shape the nails differently and he began to, then gave up half way through. He kept grabbing my phone to see the picture of the nails I wanted and scrolling through when I was trying to do it for him. None of my nails line up, they're all different sizes and shapes, and one already fell off. I am so sad to write this review. This past week was a second time that they weren't open and I had made an appointment. The sign says they are closed on Monday, but this was Tuesday. I had an appointment at 10am (when they open). I waited until 10:30am and no one ever showed up. The owner before this was a really serious person and the service was a 10 out of 10. This used to be our go-to place for mani-pedi. We visited 2 weeks ago and were so disappointed. Apparently it got a new owner at the beginning of 2016. It used to be super clean and friendly. I've been coming to this location religiously for the past 2+ years however have been increasingly disappointed recently. In the past couple of months they have switched management, staff and to an online preferred pre-booking system. I went from being able to regularly come in every two weeks on Sunday's to having to pre-book my appointment in order to be able to use my preferred aesthetician, which once again was slightly bothersome but fine I'm glad they're expanding their business! However the more I've attempted to comply with the new regulations the more of a inconsistent service I've received. I booked my appointment for Saturday morning at 10:30am on Tuesday. Shortly after I received an email asking me to move the appointment up to 11 due to some booking conflicts which was no problem. However when I arrived to the salon at 10:50am Saturday I was then told that my aesthetician was not going to be there until noon today. There were several attempts made to contact her however no one had contacted me to let me know not to make the 20 drive in the rain. They just left me there sitting in awkward silence while they attempted to reach her. She did finally arrive around 11:40. I guess after 2 years they are busy trying to gain new customers and they no longer need my business, rather unfortunate but I will have to find a new place to frequent. read more

Amateur hour here. My regular place was closed due to a blizzard so I found this place on Yelp. The tech who was with me didn't really know how to properly remove the gel polish from my nails. So three soaks in dripping cotton balls later, she scraped and filed the polish off (my regular place uses acetone-soaked cotton and heated gloves that enable wipe-off) my nails in an ordeal that took almost an hour.
