Right off the bat this place is 5/5. Danny and Shaira are some of the nicest front office staff I've ever met and they were extremely warm and kind to me. You can always tell when people love what they do! I booked a same day appointment on Monday 6/28 and was seen at 4pm. Shaira who I initially spoke to, answered all my questions about some prescription sunglasses on the phone. I called back later to book an appointment and Danny took care of everything. He even called my insurance company and texted me to after to confirm we were good to go. When I got there, they were actually pretty busy. Even with 4 customers ahead of me both Danny and Shaira made sure to greet me and let me know they would be with me as soon as possible. It took a few min before I was seen, but the entire time they made sure to keep checking on me and letting me know how much longer it was going to be. They even have a pretty good sense of humor. Overall I was in and out in about 45min (which went by really quickly) and had a smile on my face walking out the door. So I purchased some sunglasses a few years ago and they needed some adjustments. I spoke with Shaira over the phone and she told me to come in and she could help me. Once I went in she did not seem enthusiastic to help me at all. She seemed as if I was a burden to her. Her demeanor came off as disinterested, annoyed, and impatient. Mind you, the entire office was empty and she was the only one sitting there. In other words, I don't understand the lack of willingness and enthusiasm to help. I recently went to pearle vision and was greeted by the best team Shaira and Danny greet everyone with a smile and have you ready in a couple minutes. They both did an amazing job of helping me choose my pair of glasses. They were honest, respectful, and didnt mind me taking up their time in asking what they thought every couple seconds. I had gotten glasses at another place last year and hated them and never wore them and really needed new glasses so came in with the ones I hated and showed Danny exactly what I hated about it. He showed me why it didnt work for my face and proceeded to help me try on dozens and dozens of different styles that were better for my face size/shape until i found a few that I liked. then i had to think about it for a few days. My experience with Pearle Vision 2 weeks ago was great. The girl at the front desk, Shaira made the me feel super comfortable as she did some of the eye tests with me to snap pictures. After I met with Dr. Bonilla who was great as well and super thorough, Shaira was kind enough to show me frames within my insurance coverage as well as my budget. The gentleman, Danny, rang us up and gave me a full run down of prices and what was covered by my insurance. He also took my measurements and made sure the lenses and frames would align and fit properly. Overall everyone was amazing, Dr. Bonilla answered all of my questions regarding maintaining healthy eyes. Yesterday I picked up my new frames with Shaira and she made sure they fit and answered my questions about insurance coverage on contacts. Great staff, very professional, and very prompt. I lost my Maui Jim progressive sunglasses while I was on vacation in Europe. I looked into a few glass stores but none of them sold Maui Jim's. I had them for about 6 years. Even though the prescription was outdated I still held on to them. I was going to the Chipotle Restaurant and noticed that there was a Pearl Vision store a few doors down from Chipotle. I thought I would pop in to see if they sold the Maui Jim brand. To my surprise they did. A very delightful young lady sat down with me to look into purchasing a pair. She made the process so easy and simple. Additionally they we're having a sale and I saved around $200. The person that helped me was name Shaira. When I finally picked up my glasses. I discovered that Shaira was the store manager. I was very happy with me experience and Shaira's professionalism and customer attentiveness. I told my wife about Pearle Vision.
