She made picking eyewear an easy process and was patient when I was indecisive. Professionalism through and through; strong product knowledge, friendliness, location was clean and organized, quick service but never felt rushed, and a rare thing nowadays - they listened to my concerns and what I wanted and went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied. No complaints whatsoever. The Doctor herself was really good with me and cared about making sure I got the right type of eyecare. I wasn't sure on wether or not I wanted contact lenses and she gave me like 4 different trial pairs until I decided what I wanted. The rest of the staff was very friendly and super helpful. Was in search of getting an eye exam for contacts and glasses. Everywhere I called see about having a walk-in appointment. Did not have anything available. I reached out to P. Vision here in La Habra. Monica whom answered my call informed me that they were taking walk-in. I immediately let her know that I would be in right away. As soon as I got there Monica greeted me made me feel welcome and informed me if I had insurance and within minutes I was sitting down getting my eyes checked. After the exam I felt very pleased with the service. The doctor was also friendly and knowledgeable she gave me some advise on the type of reading glasses I could use while I wear my contacts. Overall I had such a great experience with the staff and the doctor I already got my prescription glasses which took about a week Or so. I shall return next year and I recommended my husband to come get his eyes checked here also. If you need assistance ask for Monica she was great. read more

Called and the same day gave me an appointment,it was my sons first eye exam, but it totally went super smooth and everything went great, my son was confused at first but Brian was super cheerful with him and was talking to him and made him feel very comfortable. Staff and experience with Dr. Bonilla: This location was clean; the staff was professional and helpful. I saw Dr. Bonilla for an eye exam. I needed a new contact lense prescription. I've had eye issues since I was a child, and have had a couple eye surgeries, so it's important to me that the doctor is thorough and knowledgeable about different eye issues. Dr. Bonilla knew what she was doing, and as equally important, she was kind and patient, answering my questions. She gave me a good fitting contact prescription for astigmatism. Cost: Pearle Vision told me they took my insurance (United Healthcare) when I made the appointment. My insurance covered the exam, but I was also charged for a "contact lenses fitting." This cost $90 extra. I don't remember ever having a charge like this before at other eye centers, and was surprised that I had an extra fee, besides the copay. In addition, the contact lenses I bought from Pearle Vision were very expensive. ($90/box of 4 for astigmatism). There is a rebate but the final cost is still much higher than the eye center I went to last year, or 1800contacts, even for the special contacts I get. Take away: Overall this place is nice, and professional. You're likely to get the right prescription and good care. It's just more expensive than other places. So I would verify how much you're going to spend for everything before you come here if you're concerned with cost. read more

I had such a great experience here, both for myself and my 4 year old son. Dr. Parekh was very patient and friendly with my son, and made his first eye exam fun for him! He actually wanted to go back the following week for fun. She is thorough and took the time to answer all my questions and explain my different options. Pearle Vision of La Habra is a new business to La Habra. However, their service is excellent and both eye doctors that I have seen there are wonderful. I especially liked their Covid procedures and felt that they were cautious and careful, while being realistic. They had wonderful service with the glasses I bought, as well as the contacts. Their fittings for glasses take very little time, but were very precise. The eye doctor requested that I try two different contacts and provided me with trials of my prescription to try for at least a week, each. Lastly, this place is friendly and the employees seem to like working here. They discussed openly while I was there how wonderful their employer was and treated them fairly and well. This is important to me because I want to know that every place I spend my money at treats their employees as well as their customers. read more

Tried getting contacts before at another spot and failed miserably. Monica at Pearle taught me a few tricks and was able to finally shove them in my eye holes. Dr. Bonilla was a pro and let me keep doing trials until I got the hang of it for like a month before committing to buying actual contacts. Today was my first visit to this location and I was beyond impressed! When I first walked in I immediately noticed the positive energy coming from the staff and was given a very warm welcome. It was also VERY clean which is a huge plus to me personally! I was checked in right away without the need to wait and even started my appointment a few minutes early which is always appreciated. We were visiting the area and suddenly my toddler needed to be checked. We love that this office takes walk-ins, were checked right away. My kid, who is usually very apprehensive during doctors visit, Monica and Daniel were super friendly and that eased my boy before he was examined. Dr. Parekh was very personably and knowledgeable, she made the experience very interesting for my toddler. She gave precise results and great recommendations for his eye care. I haven't seen an optometrist since we'll before the pandemic, so I needed new glasses. I googled America's Best, but there were a lot of complaints, so I went down the street to a new Pearle Vision office. The doctor was personable but professional, as well as authoritative and confident, and gave me some very simple explanations on some complex topics. They had some great lenses there, too, and smart office staff. I don't like being upspld, and these guys didn't--whew! read more
