We looked around for staff to help, we could see no one except the cook in the back. We certainly did not want to ask the cook to clean up dog poop. It was at least 10 minutes before any other staff came back. She then cleaned it up, and apologized for the smell of the cleaner. It was incredibly unappetizing to have to look at dog feces, wait so long for it to be cleaned up, then the apology was not enough for what had happened. The breakfast sandwiches tasted great, however, I do not think I will be back because of the overall experience.

There is a section with Vermont beers that is separate from the other beer section. They also sell wine. The deli had two specials for Halloween, one chicken sandwich and one beef one. I chose the chicken sandwich. It had a lot of vegetables and tasted good. The people doing the deli seemed very happy. That's very different from most delis where it is just a job. That made the experience pleasant. Once we got our sandwiches, we went outside to the picnic tables next door at the ice cream place. I think that place is owned by the same people. The tables were very clean and the view of the village was beautiful. We enjoyed our lunch here and now we know why it sees a lot of business.

The store did not disappoint -- it's a baker's paradise in every sense. Every possible ingredient, tool, pan, piece of equipment, and baking mix you could imagine is here, beautifully displayed and easy to browse. The space is bright, immaculate, and extremely well organized, with helpful staff ready to answer questions or point you toward something new. There's also a demonstration kitchen and a café, which adds even more to the experience. While their website is fantastic (and what we've relied on for years), the in‑person store is absolutely worth the trip. Whether you're an avid baker or looking for the perfect gift for someone who is, this is a destination worth driving for. We saw a cookie cake in a Yelp photo, when texted back and forth with the folks at Wicked they informed me it was a cookie dough cake! WHAT?! Yes- ordered! It came with a frosting flavored like cookie dough, cookie dough chunk on the top and sides of the cake and even in between the layers! Heavy yet delicious! Great idea! I have to say just wish the cake was softer, pretty dense. Frosting wasn't creamy either but my daughter was happy and glad I tried this place while visiting.
