NYS inspection was done by the seller himself, so the bulb was missing and the car was still passed, or that the bulb was removed. This could have been avoided (I have access to a code reader) if the Light had been there. It put me and my family's safety at risk. Last conversation with the seller he stated he wished I had brought the car back to him instead of going to another shop for an opinion. Advised that I get a lawyer if I wanted to continue speaking with him about the issue.
