These guys have been *nothing* but welcoming, explanatory, and honest. It's nice to feel like I don't need to be on guard for parts/services that pad their pockets but are unneeded. The ebikes are the reason I came to check the place out. The service was fast easy and these guys want to help you find the perfect bike. They have a great service area for fixing and maintenance of bikes and they have some cool accessories. There is also a 15% yelp coupon for any non bike item. Which is helpful for when you are picking up your helmet or whatever you need. Evan helped me out and answered every question I had. Which was a book worth. He was fast and to the point with no bs. He walked me through everything from the battery, weight, materials, different tires, methods of upkeep and accessories. They are not on commission so they are there to help. He's also been very helpful with my Trek road bike and all of my companies Trek community B bikes. Dave has always been professional and I've witnessed people coming off the streets asking for free servise or free tires. I've seen people come in off the streets just looking to take their aggression out on the next store owner that might have the patience to give them a second to vent. Exactly what you want, not a big box store employee that's been there 3 months trying to hit their quota. Some reviews call out being a trek dealer as a negative but most if not all small shops are registered with a large brand to survive. Trek is the Toyota of bikes, great value and dependable with a killer warranty.
