The promises made by the admissions coordinator, Noah, were not honored, and the staff's response when I expressed my concerns was unhelpful and unsupportive. Admissions and False Promises: I was assured by my admissions coordinator, Noah, that I would have a private room and access to my laptop so I could continue my college coursework. Upon arrival, the accommodations were completely different from what was described, and my request for a laptop was denied. The staff informed me the promises made by admissions were not a reflection of the reality of the program. The Doctor and Patient Care: I was assigned a doctor who I have encountered at a previous treatment center. It was evident that he does not like me, and I felt this was a conflict of interest that could compromise the quality of care I would receive. A patient's relationship with their doctor should not be a factor in receiving proper medical care. Lack of Transparency and Unwelcoming Environment: When I decided that this arrangement was not a good fit and that I needed to find a facility that would allow me to complete my schooling as promised, the staff told me I needed to "get off property." This response felt incredibly unsupportive and unwelcoming. For a place that is supposed to be a safe and healing space, this was a shockingly cold response. It reinforced my feeling that this was not a place I could trust. Recommendation: I would urge anyone considering this facility to be extremely cautious. No email to start services…read more I did the initial intake with a man. He was very nice and took down my email to send me some consents forms. I have quite a long email but not complicated (my full name). I even spelled it out and from what I remember I don't think he repeated it to me. One week later and nothing was sent. I reached out again and spoke to a woman. She apologized said she would reach out to her team to get those consent forms over she also took down my email and did not confirm it. One week later again and nothing. I was told virtual services would start in a few days which I was really looking forward to... but if this is the bad communication I have in store I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

The results are: no more headaches, no more feeling sleepy around 2pm during the week, no more need for coffee, began to crave veggies and eat healthier, no more feeling tired when first waking up, no more acne, I am much more alert, my reflexes are awesome, no more back pain and sore joints, and most importantly I have a stronger desire to do better. I have never done drugs or had a drinking problem but I found myself become lazy before doing this program. Once I started it, all the things that would stop me started to vanish and when I completed the program all symptoms completely vanished :) I did this program twice because I want to make sure I am on top of my game all the time. I had had several knee surgeries and also quite a bit of dental work. You know that something is happening because you can feel the effects as it is unlodged from the fat cells and goes back into your system on its way out of your body forever.
