It actually raised the temperature in my house. So I call the company that afternoon, which claims to have 24 hour service, and they offered to schedule an appointment for the following week. You have to literally argue with them to get service. Eventually someone came and after several hours later got the system working. Seems after installation, no one tested the system to see if it actually worked. Now for the ultimate insult, after the thousands of dollars I spent and the numerous frustrations I've had with them, they had someone deliver to my house a coffer cup with candy and a ball point pen stuck in it. You can't even discuss with them what services you need because they know nothing about the plumbing business or even where Buffalo and the Southtowns are. I used to call their office directly , explain my problem and get an appointment quickly and with the right parts etc. and the plumbers were fine. But now it takes me longer to make an appointment and get the message across as to what I need done than the actual plumbing appointment takes. I'm going elsewhere with my business.
