Pulling a trailer from Seattle. Only in Santa Fe for a few days. Need bearings redone. They got me in the. Next day fast and super friendly. The next day my tow vehicle breaks went out. Called at 1:00 and they got me in for repairs at 2:30. Probably my best experience with a repair shop. I wish we had the same shop in Washington. read more

Went to several shops today and got very customer supportive service, but it was Peerless that got the job done for us on our Classic '57 Shasta camper. Burke rode herd on all of the issues that inevitably crop up with a 65 year old vehicle. Tires, wheels, tongue Jack removal, and lots of rust cleaning. Great effort. I had a sidewall puncture (large piece of metal) 2 years ago and replaced set of tires at Peerless, with road hazard warranty. Recently, one of the tires was under inflated. Roadside service put the spare on, unable to find any problem with the tire. Peerless couldn't either but did identify damage inside the rim apparently resulting from the prior event that, over time, had caused a very tiny leak to develop. Replacing the rim didn't work - so we concluded the tire and rim were both bad. Peerless replaced the entire set of tires - the damaged one free and each of the remaining 3, which had about 15K miles on them, with a $100+ remaining tread wear credit. The attitude of the folks at Peerless was professional, all of the work throughout was done promptly and carefully, and I would not hesitate to recommend dealing with them for any tire requirements you may have. read more

Called this place to see if they had time to do a set of 4 tires and alignment on a all wheel drive car who ever answered the phone told me he did not know so I asked him if he could find someone who would know he told me no you should just take it somewhere else? I had a great experience with my visit at peerless tires! I arrived at 8:00 am and my rotation and balance was done by 8:15! I don't know much about vehicles I had a lot of shacking especially on the highway apparently there were no weights on my wheels. When other tire companies said they couldn't help - Peerless said they could. We were stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire on a vintage Airstream trailer just before the store was set to close. They worked with us to help. They waited for my husband to take a cab there to pick up a tire - even gave him a ride back. While this may not be a routine service review - it shows they went above and beyond..they could have been like everyone else and said no. The bigger tire companies in town would not budge a minute past closing to help. Peerless understood we were stuck. Not only did they rescue us - Michael really knew his stuff! He told us why our tire failed and while it's not the preferred/newest tire technology. In fact, we put two new tires on the trailer after this - and their prices were below the other bigger tire chains stores in town. We wouldn't go anywhere else if we find ourselves in Santa Fe again.
