Not only did Marcos answer me very quickly on Yelp, he kept me updated on the entire process every step of the way with phone calls and text messages. I was assured they were very familiar with the 6.0 engines, which was exactly what I needed. These guys even brought their flat bed all the way to Espanola to pick up the vehicle at a very reasonable price as it wasn't in running condition at the time. The truck was done in only 3 days, and that was even with having to get a part shipped in. The overall cost was fair, in fact it was great, and you can tell these guys love their work and have a great deal of interest in these trucks. They honored some of my additional requests as well. I'll be taking my Ford to them any time I'm in need of work and would highly recommend them for any vehicle. It is now one week later and my truck is running great, I'm very happy with their work.

I was made aware when the girl I sold it to asked why it's in kilometers. My girlfriend's dad said the next day, don't worry and gave us a discount to keep the swapped speedometer. This was so they could put the lower American speedometer in a wrx and sell it for more. Again we went in for a head gasket fix and they changed our fucking speedometer. Might be cheap but you'll probably end up having to repair the same issue later on.

You get photos and detailed notes on the inspection electronically, and they also print out a list of their findings for you to have. Now for the not-so-good. The major not-good is the outrageous prices they quoted in their estimate for suggested and needed repairs. Most of the items on the list were things we could do ourselves for far less money. Some were curious -- when the key fob and interior button wouldn't open the trunk, it seems the mechanic never tried just using the manual release on the trunk itself, which works fine. Similarly, they wanted a couple hundred dollars to diagnose why the TPMS system light was flashing, but they never aired the tires up to spec or test drove the vehicle to see if the light went steady or went out. And nearly five hundred dollars to replace the battery? I'm a shade-tree mechanic from way back, and it feels insulting to be quoted exorbitant prices for things that anyone who can follow directions can do. So, if your car repairs are paid for by insurance and the adjuster approves, or if you have an unlimited car repair budget, I'm sure this shop will do a great job, and you'll love interacting with the personnel. But we have already gotten the oil changed for less than 2/3 of their quoted price, and have two quotes on some major service that would have cost literally one to two thousand dollars more at this shop, so we'll reluctantly pass on any further work there.

The hours in the front of the door say they're open till 7pm. (So I got there 2.5 hours before closing) I also notice there are at least 3 open bays so I figured this ought to be quick and easy. I walk up to the counter and there is an older Hispanic/Latino man with longish hair sitting down behind the counter. As I'm standing at the counter waiting he notices me and I can immediately tell he's super annoyed that I'm there. He reluctantly walks up, doesn't greet me or even ask what I need. So I say I need an oil change and he just says "no". I ask why not and he says "we're closing". I say your hours are till 7pm. He says "no we close at 5". So at this point, I'm done with this guy. I ask him for his name and he says "my name is none of your business". And just immediately turns to help another customer that has walked in behind me. So I say you refuse to give me your name? And he literally storms out of the front room into the back muttering something along the lines of, "I'm going to call the police." This happened in front of the other customer as well. so I just left at that point. obviously, I'm not going to give my money to a business that treats me like that. This guy clearly hates his job and he should not be talking to customers. He shouldn't have a job there at all because he's literally taking money from the business.

I went in…read moretoday to DISCOUNT TIRES (by the mall) to fill up a tire that was flat, the guy there informed me that my tire was not in good condition and couldn't even be filled up. He mentions that I could go inside to get it patched and manager could wave the installation fee. Went inside a great guy (Steven) was extremely professional and kind he mentions that there was no used tires for my vehicle as per my request. He explained to me that my tires were extremely dangerous to be driving around. I was only able to afford ONE new tire, he went to check inventory (my thought) when he got back, he said "We would get all 4 tires installed today and you can come and pay when you can for safety reason" I couldn't believe what he said. Thanks to him (Steven) and of course manager (Preston) my children and I can now drive safe around town. I look forward to continuing going there for all my tires needs. Thank you so much for your kindness and never goes unnoticed.
