We got a great deal on a beautiful Lincoln at this location. It was my favorite car! The car buying process was smooth. We did not want to pay for extra "reconditioning fees" but the manager worked with us to get us to a price we could agree on. The staff are all kind. We have already come back once after this one was sadly in an accident. We will be back again! The only reason for 4 star is the financing was a bit higher than market range (I believe since they only finance through BOA). I purchased a vehicle from Pegasus at the end of January. Within less than two months, I discovered the vehicle was sold to me with an active safety recall that was never disclosed or resolved prior to sale. This is not a minor issue. The defect caused structural expansion that lifted the rear seat, creating a serious safety risk. I have since learned this issue could have led to a much more dangerous outcome. When I contacted Pegasus, they immediately refused responsibility and directed me to the manufacturer, offering no assistance, no guidance, and no support. Selling a vehicle with an open safety recall--especially one involving potential safety hazards--raises serious concerns regarding: Failure to disclose material defects Lack of due diligence prior to sale Potential violations of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) As a result of Pegasus' actions, I am now: Without a vehicle Still responsible for a loan tied to this purchase Forced to rely entirely on the manufacturer for resolution Pegasus has made zero effort to assist or advocate on my behalf, nor have they offered any form of transportation or resolution. What started as one of the most exciting moments turned into one of the most stressful, frustrating, and heartbreaking experiences I have ever endured. Because of this dealership. I purchased a vehicle, a GMC Terrain, back on January 31, 2026, from Pegasus Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Everything seemed professional and legitimate. My salesperson at that time was William "Billy," and the finance manager was Alex. I signed the paperwork, paid my down payment, and decided to finance the vehicle with CUTX, and drove away believing I had just purchased a reliable vehicle from a reputable dealership. It was very unfortunate that a little less than two months after the purchase, I was in a serious car wreck, and the vehicle was deemed a total loss. It indeed was heartbreaking, but I am a living proof to warn future buyers about the nightmare that was revealed to me afterwards. While dealing with injuries, physical therapies, and several other doctors' appointments, I thought at least the insurance process would be straightforward. I was wrong. The 'at-fault' person's insurance company made their settlement and was ready to proceed with the payment, but they discovered that they didn't see my name on the title. Because Pegasus, whoever is responsible, had never transferred the title into my name. This is after two months of the purchase. I reached out to the dealership and spoke with Alex, but he told me that all the documents were submitted to the DMV, and he is not sure why it's taking so long. Every time I called, I was told that the paperwork had been submitted to the DMV. I've reached out to him for answers, but he wasn't aware of the circumstance. Later, I was told that a duplicate title had been issued involving the previous owner. Very strange. The explanation kept changing, but the problem remained the same. Meanwhile, I was making monthly payments to CUTX on a vehicle that had already been totaled and that I could no longer drive. With no answers and no progress, I decided to file a complaint with the DMV. An investigator from the DMV Enforcement Division was assigned to my case and began investigating the circumstances surrounding this transaction. Around that time, I spoke to a manager who wasn't there during the purchase. His name is "Steve"; he told me that he himself submitted all the documents after I filed the complaint to the DMV, and that I will have my title in a matter of days. Well, I was lied to again. Days turned to weeks, weeks to months, almost five months later since the purchase, I still don't possess the title of the vehicle. The promises stopped, the communication stopped, and my calls went straight to voicemail. Then came the most devastating ordeal. The investigator from the DMV had later told me that the vehicle I purchased from this dealership had a FRAUDULENT TITLE. YES! According to the investigator, that was the reason the title could not be transferred into my name. I purchased this vehicle in good faith. I trusted the dealership. I trusted the paperwork. I trusted the promises that everything would be resolved; instead, I was left fighting for answers while recovering from a serious accident and trying to put my life back together. As of June 6th, 2026, I still do not possess the title to the vehicle I purchased from Pegasus. 126 days and no title. Had I never been involved in that accident, I may have continued driving this vehicle without ever knowing there was a title issue. The thought alone is terrifying. I am sharing my experience because I do not want another person to go through what I am going through. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Pegasus, verify every document, follow up on your title IMMEDIATELY, and do not assume that everything has been properly handled simply because you signed paperwork and drove off the lot. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I am living proof that what appears to be a simple vehicle purchase can turn into months of stress, financial hardship, and heartbreak. I've been taking my car here since I bought it in 2021, but I'm finally taking the L and breaking up with this place. It's far and they're all more useless than a bag of dicks with no handle. The bad attitude, the time wasted to commute over there, and the poor service has me deeply upset. They sent me messages to take my car over there for a recall and then they called as soon as I got home saying they couldn't fix it after all because I have an EV battery. Why lure me over there in the first place. They never have cars available and usually they take long to do repairs. Out of all the times I've taken my car there, they would never call to tell me it's ready leaving me not only without a car but having to call them myself to ask if it's ready. Just bought a 2024 Ram 3500 for hubby and the experience should have been a great one. The sales man Adam was excellent but... The rest of the experience was horrible. The first night we went up there was amazing and Adam waited on us to look and was patient with us. We went back the second night and he wasn't there but Emily was. She was very nice as well. The next day we took the 10k for the DP and gave it to Donald and then the waiting began. My husband called them and told them we were on the way and said we would be there in 1 hour and 30 minutes to pay and get he truck. When we got there they had just pulled the truck in to do the inspection on it. At hour 2 we were still waiting and poor Adam checked ever 10 minutes while I slept on my hubbys shoulder sitting on the couch waiting. I felt so bad with a headache. We were taking to other trade in up there to drop off so we didnt have a car. At hour 3 my hubby (AKA the Bear) was pissed and let them know it. He asked what the dang problem was and the guy said the battery was being charged this whole time, lol. "WTF" he said! Why don't they just replace them. (Like 3 hours ago) He said he didnt know but he would check. He came back and he said it is just part of the process. So we took the trade in car and went to eat. We got back and guess what? They were replacing the batteries. Then an hour and a half later we drive off. (they still had to detail it and fill it up, but forgot the DEF) urggg. Such a unprofessional day. THEN... After all this. The next day they call and say I need to come back because they needed me to sign the contract again because the bank needed me to. WITAF (What in the actual F*&@!) So we had to make another trip for that. We get there and bam... The wait begins again. We get hit with BS about the contract being changed after we put miles on the truck. (If we would have known that we would not have purchased that truck. We got stuck...) Adam was so nice but confused. Donald has an attitude with my hubby when he asked questions and we are like really, we just spent over 100k with yall and we get the attitude. We finally left and were just glad to be outta there. This dealership WILL try to scam you. I had worked out a deal before I showed up and once I got there they tried to change my payment from $500 to $560 because I couldn't get a "good rate." My credit score was 728 but somehow I was sitting at over 11%. Regardless I try to make a deal the next day with more money down and they try to change the price thinking I wouldn't notice. Horrible salesmanship. They want to charge $1500 for window tint as an added accessory. read more
