When I contacted Pegasus, they immediately refused responsibility and directed me to the manufacturer, offering no assistance, no guidance, and no support. Selling a vehicle with an open safety recall--especially one involving potential safety hazards--raises serious concerns regarding: Failure to disclose material defects Lack of due diligence prior to sale Potential violations of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) As a result of Pegasus' actions, I am now: Without a vehicle Still responsible for a loan tied to this purchase Forced to rely entirely on the manufacturer for resolution Pegasus has made zero effort to assist or advocate on my behalf, nor have they offered any form of transportation or resolution. This experience demonstrates a complete disregard for customer safety and consumer protection standards. He called the salesman, if we can even call him that, and said he was on his way to pickup the vehicle. His application was ran & his credit was hit. After he was halfway there, 1 1/2 hours into the drive, he gets a text that the car he wanted was sold to someone else. I'm in a customer service industry and that's not only unprofessional but downright ridiculous. To top off the experience my brother called the General Manger and he said, "we will do what's right and find you another vehicle" it's been FIVE days and he has ignored every single call. No wonder why his salesman thought his actions were ok, look at who's managing the place. RUN FAST! This dealership is not worthy of a penny in your pocket.

The vehicle I purchase was 37K and I put 15k down when I got my finance paperwork from lender it says I owe 37K went o deal and they still would not give me paperwork but they brought out a paper that they had put up to 15K of charges on. My man Greg was a super hero on a Sunday trip from Dallas back to Houston. Flat tire put the fix a…read moreflat in still didn't help pulled over and started to get my spare on. When Greg came to the rescue pulled up said you look like you need some help (Love Texas Hospitality). Put the spare on then and there followed him back to Claxton where he fixed my flat and swapped the spare out for the normal tire so I could drive the final hour back to a Dallas without having to only go 50 because of the spare. What this man did today on his Sunday afternoon gave me a renewed sense of hope in people. Thank you Greg for your amazing work. I recommend Claxton's used cars to anyone!
