We have already come back once after this one was sadly in an accident. We will be back again! The only reason for 4 star is the financing was a bit higher than market range (I believe since they only finance through BOA). The defect caused structural expansion that lifted the rear seat, creating a serious safety risk. I have since learned this issue could have led to a much more dangerous outcome. When I contacted Pegasus, they immediately refused responsibility and directed me to the manufacturer, offering no assistance, no guidance, and no support. Selling a vehicle with an open safety recall--especially one involving potential safety hazards--raises serious concerns regarding: Failure to disclose material defects Lack of due diligence prior to sale Potential violations of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) As a result of Pegasus' actions, I am now: Without a vehicle Still responsible for a loan tied to this purchase Forced to rely entirely on the manufacturer for resolution Pegasus has made zero effort to assist or advocate on my behalf, nor have they offered any form of transportation or resolution. This experience demonstrates a complete disregard for customer safety and consumer protection standards. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from Pegasus to verify recall status independently before signing anything. I am currently documenting this situation and exploring filing formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and pursuing all remedies available under Texas law.

My man Greg was a super hero on a Sunday trip from Dallas back to Houston. Flat tire put the fix a…read moreflat in still didn't help pulled over and started to get my spare on. When Greg came to the rescue pulled up said you look like you need some help (Love Texas Hospitality). Put the spare on then and there followed him back to Claxton where he fixed my flat and swapped the spare out for the normal tire so I could drive the final hour back to a Dallas without having to only go 50 because of the spare.
