I called around many places, all were too busy, Walton's said their alignment machine was tied up rest of the day, but to come by and they'd do a quick ride with me and help diagnose my issue. I really thought it was an alignment issue, but they said their best guess was a bad tire and referred me to discount tire, down the street. Sure enough, about a quarter of my front left tire's belt had heat separated. It was such a big section you could only see it when it was spinning. Thanks Walton's, I wish there were more like y'all!

One time my brother instead of going to him first decided they were gonna try and fix their car in the auto zone parking lot. Dumped a couple hundred dollars in parts trying to figure out what was wrong with it. They finally gave up and just towed it to Bobby's. He called back a few hours laughing "tell those knuckleheads, next time start with the cheapest fix, all that was wrong was a six dollar fuse." Didn't charge us nothing. Poor communication from the top down. I spoke with Justen in late October 2024 regarding some…read moremotor work on an 82 F100 and was given a quote. At that time, I paid my $278 deposit to get on the wait list and was told, by Justen, that it wouldn't be a problem getting me in before the end of the year. I was assured that communication was key for S&S and I would be updated every step of the way. I reached back out to Lori mid-November and was told that they would reach back out to me to schedule a day to bring my vehicle in after Thanksgiving. It has now been 3 months without hearing a word from anyone at S&S until I reached back out in late February 2025. I requested a deposit refund as no work has been done by S&S at this time- and note that they do not have the vehicle in their possession- or any real time frame of when they will request to have it brought in. Justen reached out to me on 2/21 and basically said sorry- we WILL NOT refund your deposit even though no work or diagnoses has been done to my vehicle. So in my opinion they basically take your deposit money, blow you off, then say "No- we do not refund deposits"- even though its not affecting their schedule and they leave you in a "waiting" mode with no communication. Horrible customer service!!
