    Mongolian Beef

It's in an airport. I'm hungry. The restaurant I wanted to eat had line out the door. Pei Wei was busy too but looked like it flowed pretty good, take-out only. Got the Mongolian Beef. I watched them making it, and by the time it got to me it was cold. ?!? Mongolian had good flavor, little on the salty side. Pork Egg roll nice and crispy, not cold but not hot, let's say warm. ?!? Good flavor with the egg roll. I think I'll pass on this place if I find myself in Atlanta Airport Terminal F again...

This place is a joke. We ordered food and waited 45 minutes just to be served this slop. $23 I wish I could have back. My bottled coke is the best part of the meal.

    $12.99 and left hungry.

Terrible. TINY portions WAY overpriced. Paid $13 and left hungry. The chicken was good. The rice was dry.

I approached the counter and immediately I was told....All we have is the Mongolian Beef and the Wok Seared chicken on white rice....no fried rice, no other entrees.. That was very disappointing. I ordered the Mongolian Beef, which for $14 was very expensive, for the amount of food you get. The lady at the cash register was really short and unfriendly. When I paid with my credit card, she just said, your receipt....over there..... Pointing to another cash register..... The food was salty and not great. Portions were small.....Customer service non existent. Will not come back here.... Many other restaurants in the Atlanta airport to be treated like dirt.

It was absolutely terrible! I wanted in a long line for delicious Pei Wei. Waited another 12 minutes for them to make my dinner, only to receive 10 pieces of chicken and Top Ramen...all for $16. Airport food, what did I expect?

Where's the staff??? It's a new fun game her in atlanta, they pop out from time to time. This was July 9 th 2023.

This is the slowest, worst managed , airport restaurant I have ever seen in my life. Have watched at least 20 people walk off. If you want to listen to the radio and not eat this is your place. If you want food, go next door that's what everyone else was doing. Wanted to provide an update after asking where our food was, they reluctantly prepared the worst meal I've had. Have to give Pie Wei the big double thumbs down. Please do the travelers the Atlanta a favor and give your space to a vendor that's better prepared to serve travelers. That would be a solid!

Chicken fried rice. 10/27/23 paid 13 for a pan of grease and fried rice with old chicken eggs and no veggies. Too bad it's late and I'm starving and I have no desire to travel to another part of the airport. This is unacceptable. Time 9:34pm chk # 37

I had their specialty dish, chicken. It has heat and sweet. It seemed to offer the healthiest option. The sauce was very sweet. The portion was a little small. The dish was hot. Prepped to order. Glad they have a brown rice option. They serve the food in compostable containers and utensils. They have beer and bottled beverages as well as fountain drinks. I would say a 3.5 as an overall rating. Too sweet too small , a little pricey for quantity.

The sauce of the spring rolls was too sour and the spring rolls themselves were oily and had no taste. The Mongolian chicken was also sour en the chicken had a texture like nuggets. The manager was super helpful and friendly .

I'm flying through Atlanta and I had a bit of time before my connecting flight, so i decided to come to the F concourse for some Pei Wei. I did an order of lettuce wraps. Paid for it, waited a few minutes. My buzzer went off, traded it for my food and back to the gate i go. Oh i smashed the heck out of that lettuce wrap. It was so good, i didnt even have to put the sauce on it. I'd definitely hit that again if given the chance. My food came in a timely fashion. It was rather fresh and warm in my mouth. Nothing was out of the ordinary. Even the service was dope. Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope this helps with your decision making experience. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!!!

I had the gnocchi, which was their vegetarian dish, and was able to add salmon to it. It was really, really good. My partner had the burger, and everything just felt high quality, well put together, and thoughtfully prepared. Definitely not what you typically expect from airport dining. The service was wonderful too. The wait staff were knowledgeable and attentive, and the whole experience somehow made you forget you were sitting inside an airport. Even the music was great. They had some of the best '90s R&B playing, which made the whole thing even more enjoyable. Great food, great service, great music, and such a good time. Definitely the perfect exit to our Atlanta trip.

Bummer…read more I ordered a Chicken Cornet: cone shaped, pastry shell, epis seasoned chicken, peppers, onions Firstly, the overall presentation........ nothing about this is even conical shaped. Don't mention it then?? I will admit that the food was good, but really not what I was expecting, considering that I am at a predominately Japanese restaurant.... This entire dish was heavily influenced by Caribbean/Haitian spices. Drink was lovely, it somehow came last. I've been in Atlanta 8 years now, One Flew South is definitely gonna be one of those, "I tried it. Let's get that trash Varsity because even that would be better.

I never thought I'd type this sentence in my whole life.. "I had a five star breakfast at P.F…read moreChang's!" I had a 2 hour layover in the Atlanta airport, and I just wasn't in the mood to deal with the noise and hectic nature of the food court. It was 6:30 a.m., and most of the full service breakfast restaurants weren't even open yet. I jumped on ChatGPT which told me that on the second floor of terminal A next to a Delta lounge, I could find PF Chang's, which is known to have an excellent breakfast. I was skeptical, but willing to try. We were seated at a table that was managed by Natasha, a woman who had no reason to be as happy, energetic, and competent as she was, given that it was still before 7:00 a.m. We started with coffee, and I had the scrambled egg bowl with some delicious eggs, fresh toast, and a potato and pepper mix. The food was great, the service was superior, and the setting was much quieter than it would have been in the main terminal A. Pricing was fractionally higher than it would have been in the food court, but not significantly different. The only employee not fully engaged appear to be the hostess, who just didn't have a very welcoming attitude. I'm not going to let one person ruin what was otherwise a perfect experience. I almost look forward to returning to ATL now that I know the secret escalator that leads straight to PF Chang's.

ATL Terminal A P.F. Chang's Review…read more The food at P.F. Chang's is always great, and my server was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Mr. Charles (I believe that was his name), left me disappointed. I had a long connection and asked how long I could stay since the Sky Club line was extremely long. I was told 1.5-2 hours because this is a restaurant, not a lounge. I understood that. After sitting by the window outside the restaurant for about 30 minutes, I asked if I could have a booth. I was initially offered a half booth. When there were a plethora of full booths available, I asked if I could take one. The response and hesitation made me feel as though I was doing something wrong for simply asking especially since I saw other guests taking their time at tables. I completely understand that P.F. Chang's is a restaurant and not an airport lounge, and I respect the need to manage seating. However, the interaction could have been handled with a little more warmth and hospitality. My server was wonderful, the food was delicious, and I'll definitely return. Hopefully, my next experience will include the same great service from the management team that I received from my server.
