Chang's spicy chicken with vegetable fried rice
    Beau A.

Amazing as always. Had chang's spicy chicken this time. This continues to be my favorite meal spot at the Atlanta airport. Very comfortable, great food, and great service!

Service not good--not only was the food slow to come out (after being told without prompting that "it's usually pretty fast"), but the waiter forgot my simple request for soy sauce so I had to ask another server. Entree (honey chicken) was pretty tasteless and was mostly fried breading rather than chicken. There's an up charge for anything other than steamed rice, which would be fine if it wasn't also tasteless--I received a bowl of noodles reminiscent of cheap packaged ramen, except without the seasoning (hence the need for soy sauce). My neighbor's orange chicken with fried rice looked slightly more appetizing. The restaurant itself is bustling, yet calm, with ambient music and a slightly secluded entrance.

My husband and I were starving after landing in the Atlanta airport and we saw on our way to the delta sky club that there is a nice tucked away P.F Chang's that was far from the noise and chaos of the terminal. Our server was incredibly kind and friendly, and the food came out quickly! I haven't gone to a P.F. Chang's in over a decade so it was nice to see how they're doing. We enjoyed our meal and were very satisfied!

best service and food at this airport P.f. chang's! quiet, calm, great service by Clarence and we loved our late lunch. Fried dumplings, sesame chicken with lo mein, and the kids lo mein with chicken and fruit did not disappoint. It was a great place for my family to post up and enjoy some time together before our flight.

I was so glad to find this hidden P.F. Changs. I don't get to eat at this chain very often, so it's a treat when I do. I came at brunch time, between flights. I was seated immediately and my server was at my table in no time. I got the Breakfast Rice Bowl. It was great. Maybe not as good as if I made it myself, but where was I going to find a kitchen at the airport that would let me fix my own brunch. The beer was cold and the service was fantastic. I think of P.F. Chang's like I think of Chilis. It's always good no matter where I am. I hope to visit A concourse again.

Quick, efficient staff being at the airport. A good thing. Good view of the tarmac for seats near the window. Mongolian beef was a big portion but was salty, with a very watery sauce. Flavorful but needs to be cooked down. Cocktail (Japanese Old Fashioned) was just ok.

Whilst waiting for my flight I decided that I really was craving asian food Checking my tripit app, I found sushi, asian chao, and finally settled on P.F.Chang's because I didn't want to walk to the sushi place a few concourses away. P.F. Chang's is nestled on the third story of the A concourse Basically, the escalator only serves P. F. Chang's and the sky miles lounge. It's pretty easy to find. It's very crowded. But they appeared to have it organized very well. I managed to get in 10 minutes after putting my name in. There are lots of seating available. Booths, along the bar along the periphery of the restaurant and little tables of twos. Tables can be joined together to accommodate an increased party size. Very flexible choice for seating. My server Terrell attended to me right after I seated. I had 2 menus, which were printed on both sides. I picked a Sapporo Lager. It did take a while to come, presumably because it was Friday and dinner time. Maybe approximately 15 minutes or so. But I did get a glass of water whilst waiting so that was good. The food took longer to come. Unfortunately, they forgot my utensils. My food came before my utensils and that took another 5 minutes so my food did cool down a little; not a huge deal for me but that might be a deal breaker for others. The chicken and shrimp in the noodles was tender and fresh. The shrimp was definitely fresh. And was cooked just right. The noodles were not overcooked. There were beansprouts, cabbage celery carrots, mushrooms and onions in the mix. The sauce was a little sweet but overall not bad. The combination of vegetables is a little funny as there was purple cabbage as well. The bill can be paid by utilizing an app. And you don't have to download it. Makes it so much easier to pay when you are rushing for a flight. Note: you can send the receipts to yourself after paying. Overall, decent.

Terminal A, secluded corner and up an escalator. It was always busy but everyone was greeted warmly and sat quickly. As a party of one; I chose to sit at the bar and charge my phone. Bartenders hustled to keep the environment spotless. Jamal was attentive and quickly brought my accurate custom pepper steak order and delicious spring rolls. It was the perfect respite for an Atlanta layover.

Crispy honey shrimp and side of lo mein
    Kristine L.

Stopped here during a layover since I had a decent amount of time to kill. I was able to sit by the window which had outlets so I could charge my phone and spacious enough to dine alone. It was busy but service was reasonably quick. I ordered the crispy honey shrimp with a side of lo mein. I was hoping the lo mein would have some veggies stir fried but it was plain. The portions were pretty decent although I still think it's a little on the high end but that's to be expected considering it's a traditional sit down and located in an airport. The shrimp was nice and crispy, batter wasn't too thick and the honey sauce was sweet but had some tang to it. Pretty good option if you have want a more sit down meal at the airport and like American Chinese food.

We were a party of 5 and found both the food and the service to be inconsistent. The Food: Most dishes were mediocre or worse. The Three Cups Chicken (1/5) was the worst I've ever had. The Hong Kong Style Shrimp (1/5) was just bland, tasteless fried shrimp. The Lamb with Scallion (2/5) was far too salty. The only "average" dish was the Spicy Beef and Tendon (3/5), but one decent dish can't save a meal this poor. The Service & Billing: The service was quite slow during our visit. We waited a long time for the check and eventually ended up packing our own leftovers and heading to the front counter to pay so we could head out. I was also surprised to see an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill, especially since it was calculated on the total after tax ($23.07 tip on a $106.80 subtotal). While I understand automatic tips for groups, it felt a bit high due to poor services. There are a lot of great dining spots in the area, but based on this disappointing visit, I'm sure I would not return to this one.

Drinks: I got the strawberry lemon drop drink. It was good and did come with the vodka flavor with natural strawberry syrup. It was good. The vegetable dumpling was good! On to the main entree was the House Lo Mein. It was just average and not the greatest I've tried. It took a minute before our server came back. To me it needed more flavor, seasoning and it didn't have any spice what's so ever! I wouldn't get it again. The thing I found annoying/unprofessional was the staff taking forever to give me and my friend out checks. We came into the establishment an hour before they closed. At that time a lot of people were still in the place. However, by the time we received our checks we were the last people in their establishment. The other individuals were the workers cleaning up. We tried to get a server to come to our table sooner but wasn't successful. This is my sole opinion but I wasn't over impressed over food.

Everything came out on real dishes--not to-go boxes--which I loved. You order and pay at the counter, grab a seat, and they bring the food out to you. Now let's talk about the food... DELICIOUS. The spice level was just right--flavorful with a nice kick, but not overpowering. If you like it hotter, you can definitely add more heat, but I was perfectly satisfied as is. The lo mein was really good too--veggies were fresh with a nice crisp (those onions and carrots were hitting!), and everything tasted well-balanced. Only small note: I wish there was a little more meat in the dish, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. And let me say this--the portion size is VERY generous.
