While I had high expectations given the high menu prices, the meal didn't deliver. The meat wasn't fresh, the seasoning was unpleasantly salty, and the portions were tiny. We had heard great things about Inchin's Bamboo Garden, an Indo-Chinese restaurant, so we decided to order dinner over the phone. We went with Chilli Chicken Dry, Burnt Garlic Chilli Fried Rice, and American Choupsey. The pickup was quick with our order ready in 20 minutes. Once home, we started our meal with the Chilli Chicken and Burnt Garlic Chilli Fried Rice, and it turned out to be a fantastic combination. The chicken was cooked perfectly with a flavorful spicy kick, and the fried rice was well-prepared, making it a good dinner. Next, we tried American Choupsey, which we had high expectations for, but unfortunately, it was too sweet for our taste, which was a bit disappointing. Came here for dinner & was seated immediately. It smelled very good and the place seemed clean. Little odd because the host sat us down & said a server would be with us, but then came back about 4 min later saying she was our server. She was very nice & helped us with our order & we really liked her. The food was very good but I do feel like for the price of each meal that the portion size of the chicken in the masala or the paneer were smaller than what I would normally pay for. Toothpick Lamb: We ordered it medium, but most pieces were well done. Nonetheless, it had a great flavor, and the slices of red pepper definitely added some heat! It paired well with the green chili sauce on the table. The Thai Chicken Steamed Dumplings were good, although they came out in a blue color ‍. They don't come with a sauce, so remember to order one if you prefer not to use what's on the table. Both of our entrees were good. We didn't have anything that made us say "wow," but we liked all of our food, and the service was good. The total was $81 with tip for two appetizers, two entrees, and some naan. Returned with the family for lunch on Sunday and everything was even better! Service was great! Everything came out very fast, so many vegetarian options, our Indian parents that only eat Indian food even loved it. The place is beautifully decorated, high end looking but still great for families! Kiddos loved the noodles and of course the mango lassi. The Chinese veg pakora were soo good! And paneer 65 for sure. The curry comes in a heated covered clay dish which is such a nice presentation and keeps the curry warm! We love Indian and Asian food so we decided to try this fusion restaurant. It was not a disappointment. The service was really good and the staff were friendly. You could come he for a casual meal or a date night. Great atmosphere all around. So we started with the crispy chili potatoes and garlic naan. The potato's were well made with the right amount of spice and heat. The left over sauce was a good coating for the naan. For entree we got Mongolian beef and butter chicken as well as burnt garlic chili fried rice. The beef was well cooked and had an amazing flavor. Loved the crispy noddles and onion. The chicken was tender and the butter sauce was rich but not too rich and had a great butter flavor. The rice was just what I wanted when I came to spicy and crispy garlic. I was hesitant to go here due to my California experience with Inchin. But had a great time with food today. Isha was very pleasant with smily face . Now I have to fly back to Tampa with family from California to eat here again. Paneer taco and burnt garlic were my top pick among everything else I had today. Came there for the first time to try out the place with a friend. Learned that it's a franchise and we could not alter any dishes to our liking. They ran out of garlic naan when we got there at 5 pm. First batch of naan bread was an old batch that has been dried and warmed up again. Naan was hard and crunchy so we asked for a fresh batch. I wonder why they don't even make more when it's just beginning of dinner time. The garbanzo bean dish was okay in terms of flavor. Butter chicken was also okay as well. I don't smell or taste the usual aromatic Indian spices in both dishes. It doesn't seem like those dishes were made from scratch there. read more

Dumplings are awesome if you can get past how incredibly rude and hateful the hostess / server is. Eek as much as I love the dumplings I couldn't shake how uncomfortable the meal was under her care. Inchin's Bamboo Garden is a great addition to the Wesley Chapel area! One thing I must praise is that the staff is super receptive and informed about pregnancy precautions in their food, (more than I was) and gently encouraged more than once that I stick to a separate menu that they provide. By the way, if pregnant, all their indian dishes are acceptable and Chinese dishes are limited, due to MSG, but they tell you which ones are MSG free. The dishes are absolutely delicious. It is important to keep in mind they don't necessarily taste like traditional indian or chinese dishes (my guess is because it's a fusion restaurant, hence the name) but still very flavorful on it's own. For example, if you're craving authentic vindaloo, don't get it here. If you're wanting your taste buds to experience something new, then definitely come here!!! If you enjoy both Indian and Chinese (more Cantonese style) food, Inchin offers a unique fusion of both cuisines. The restaurant is a nice addition to the Wesley Chapel area and offers a selection not typically found here. Service was good and the waitress routinely checked up on our table to ensure everything was fine. We ordered mango lassis, which unfortunately were sold out - it was moderately busy, but kind of surprising a popular drink as such would be unavailable. However, we proceeded with ordering dishes to share among the table, which included garlic naan and Paneer 65 to start followed by burnt chili fried rice (delicious), butter chicken, Singapore rice noodles, Thai yellow curry with vegetables. The Singapore rice noodles are not what you typically as the dish is usually made with a yellow curry powder whereas this one did not, but still had good flavor and spiciness due to the chilis. The most disappointing dish was the Thai yellow curry, which was very watery and had very few vegetables. It was not worth the price at all. Overall, dishes were on the smaller side. I would go back to give it a second try with more classic Indian dishes. read more

Stay away from this place!! The food is absolutely horrible and overpriced. We had ordered tandoori momos and a chicken dish with mango in it. The momos were very hard and not tasted at all. The very small rice portion that came with the chicken dish was mushy and tasted disgusting. When we asked about it the waiter claimed it was Chinese sticky rice. I have had Chinese sticky rice before and that was NOT it. Please don't insult Chinese people and their rice. When we voiced our complaints all they could say was well we never received complaints about our food before which is a lie. Just go on DoorDash and Yelp and you will see the negative reviews. Biryani was horrid. We had 3 spoons, one of us each and it was pukebale. It should not be named Veg Biryani but called Masala Rice with raw masala rated 1/10 The Panir Tikka Masala was not Tikka Masala I am used to, having had Indian cuisine last 30-40 years. It was dry ( even tho it was liquid ) in the sense that I could taste the raw spices and it was not cook and blended well . 3/10 The chilli eggplant was delicious and quite nice 7/10 The Thai yellow curry was good and it was quite delicious. 8/10 The Singapore noodles were enjoyed by 2 out of 5 of us. We have it a 5/10. Now the most irritating $ we paid. Ordered extra Raiya. It cost us $3 for 1.5 oz puny size container of Rasta. We were 6 having dinner and mixed it with the curry and raita In normal restaurant it's usualy around 5oz at the minimum. Laughable. I do not think we will visit this location even if it's the only open place near where I am from Wesley Chapel. Fusion here is simply a wacko term to use for mix max of spices. read more

Saw this interesting fusion concept and decided to give it a try. Some of the food was overly salty but flavors were pretty good and portion size was more than adequate. The mocktails were tasty. My only feedback was that the bathroom floors were sticky and toilets were not very clean. Might be helpful to wipe down the menus and sauce racks on the table, everything had a greasy and sticky film. Also, appetizers came out with entrees. Came here because a few community acquaintances mentioned they had gone and loved it. They are a very new restaurant and upon walking in the layout and ambiance is fairly nice. The service was quick and the servers were always 2 steps ahead in refilling water asking if we needed anything else for the table. The food was very good but I wish you got a bigger portion size for what you pay for. But besides that, it was very flavorful and can see myself going back to try some more food. Today I tried this amazing restaurant for the first time. My family of 6 and two friend. We tried the lettuce wraps and heaven chicken as appetizer. The wraps were fresh and had a mild kick to them. The heaven chicken was very tasty and pleasant. For main dinner entrees we ordered sweet & Sour chicken, orange chicken, pepper and onion beef, and Mongolian beef. Everything was very delicious, and on point. Rice was smooth and well cooked. The food portions are large and abundant. We even had enough to eat again when we got home. Out of all the dishes our top favorite was the sweet and sour chicken. Second favorite the orange chicken. For desert I truly enjoyed their chocolate roll. The service was fast, the waitress was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. The manager was very friendly and make sure we were happy. The restaurant is truly beautiful and pleasant.
