I was hungry, so I tried eating it but it was bland and had a slimy texture so I ate the top of the steamed rice ( that had no liquid on it) and threw the rest away. I don't know if I just caught them on a bad day, but I would not return and I definitely recommend dining in if you are going to eat at this establishment.

One day I really had a craving for Chinese food. Not just any run of the mill Chinese, but something really good. So I went on Yelp and looked up reviews, and happened upon the page for this place. After reading some reviews, I headed straight over. I ordered way too much food, because my eyes were really bigger than my stomach at that point. I was doing take out and it took a little long because of what I ordered (some garlic chicken that they had to fry). The guy kindly suggested that I call in an order next time so that I don't have to wait so long (which I do now) Anyhoo so when I got home and ate, the food was AMAZING. So tasty and not greasy or salty at all. I didn't feel sick after eating it either (like some Chinese food does to you). Ever since that first time I have been back here several times to get my fix. I love Peking Restaurant. Its been around for over 25 years and I've grown up eating the food. It's fresh, healthy and simply delicious. The lettuce wrapped chicken and honey walnut prawns are my fav. The service is the best. It's a great family restaurant, very inviting and the food cant be beat. The owner is a health nut, so he is always looking to improve the quality of the food he serves. Jennie is a sweetheart! Give it a try! One of my biggest irritations is when I request something to be prepared spicy at a Chinese restaurant and they just thow some sambal chili sauce in there. I don't care for the flavor it adds nor does it add any sense of spice to me. Well, Wah Sing didn't disappoint! I opened my togo box and was pleasantly surprised when I saw that it was fried with dried chilis! The chow fun was delicious ans had the right amount of spice for my taste. The service was also impeccable both on the phone and in person. I will definitely be ordering from this establishment again.
