I remember I took a survey or something and casually mentioned a small mess, but that it didn't take away from the meal or experience at all and was cleaned up pretty quickly, and I got a text back from a live person asking for information and getting my details so they could comp me some cookies. They were shorthanded on staff, but the staff that was there did an excellent job serving us.
