Thankfully, I live fairly close to the Depot and so was able to bring both of them over without difficulty on the same day. I had called ahead and explained the situation to Dave; he was extremely friendly and helpful and assured me that yes, he would be able to take care of both of my bikes and they'd be ready to ride again within the week. He was as good as his word! Within 3 business days, he called me to let me know the bikes were ready. While I was at the shop, I had several questions regarding the usual care of my bicycles. He was extremely patient and helpful and explained several points of bicycle maintenance, such as regular cleaning (do NOT hose down a bicycle!), airing up the tires (and the importance of relying on a pressure gauge, not how full the tire "feels"), the finer points of shifting, and what to do if your chain slips off. I know his time is valuable--there were lots of bikes in the shop still needing to be worked on--and I appreciate him taking the time to help me be a better bicycle owner and rider. It's good that the shop is open both days on the weekend; since I work on Saturdays, I rely on Sundays to get many of my errands done. It's nice to have a business that I can visit at a convenient time and day. Dave and his crew have won my loyalty! There's nowhere else I'm going to bring my bikes for service (or for general questions). Bicycle Depot is the BEST!!

We recently ordered our Title Boxing free standing bag from here. Since we are going to use it for our kickboxing and my son's MMA training, I really wanted something we all could use. After several phone calls and many questions later we found the best bag for our needs. They sent several emails to let us know when the bag was sent and when it would arrive. The bag also arrived in a timely manner. When we set everything up, we immediately noticed that there was a crack in the base, probably caused during shipping. After a couple of pictures of the damaged base were emailed to the company, the customer service agent, Tiawan, sent out another base right away. Tiawan even called to let us know it was coming and to let him know if there were any problems with the new base. It was so nice to have our purchased backed by great customer service. Today, I decided to find out about their new hand wraps. Since I have small hands and wrists, I contacted Title Boxing directly about what size to order, and Cassie actually went to find them herself to check on dimensions. However, I had used them in the past for my baseball team and had a pretty good experience so I decided to go forward using them since so many others were using Nill Bro's b/c they were listed as the official provider for Blue Valley Rec teams. Jill, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and I found her to be VERY responsive. She often communicated with me via text which was extremely convenient and speedy. Her graphic artist took my ideas and did a very nice job coming up with three good options for a logo and lettering. I am a very detail-oriented person (a perfectionist of sorts) and their artist showed no frustration with me as I tweaked her ideas several times with my own. The only snafu was that our pants didn't arrive in time for our first game. However, it wasn't really a big deal...we had our socks, belts, jerseys and visors so we all matched just fine. In the end, everyone involved with the team is very pleased with the end result and we had our pants for our second game. She even stitched each player's number on the back of each visor which we did NOT discuss but parents have lauded about. She and her staff also organized the pick-up exceptionally well with all jerseys hung up and personalized bags around the neck of each hanger holding the belts, socks, and visors. As a coach getting ready too deliver them to each player, that was so helpful and I appreciated it very much! I would highly recommend you give Jill at Sportswear Etc a chance to earn your business. The best recommendation I can make is to go there immediately after determining your team name and roster so that she, her suppliers, her graphic artists, and her stitchers are not forced to produce a product in a short amount of time when everyone else is also requesting theirs be completed.
