After calling multiple tow companies and auto places - we were told nobody could help us. The last tow truck company told me to try Sattlers and when I called the voice of a woman not only talked me through what to do but she also told us to get to their shop slowly without the brakes and they would get us taken care of even though the shop had already closed. With kids and dogs in tow we got to the shop and she came and gave me a hug and comforted my shot nerves! Her and her husband stayed well after closing time to help us resolve the issue and did not charge us an arm and a leg for the last minute work! Very impressed with them and their hospitality- they helped us when nobody else would!

They are very efficient as it didn't take long for them to take care of us. They were very friendly and professional. The guys seemed more like a pit crew and interesting to watch them. Each technician communicated with each other and knew exactly how to get all the many different systems checked and serviced with efficiency. I always cane to The South 72nd Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Yakima to get my oil changed but…read moreno more. My car started leaking oil. I suspected my last oil change. I thought maybe they stripped the threads on my oil plug. I had a different mechanic look at it and the Valvoline Instant Oil Change place had put on the WRONG oil filter. The base where it screws onto the engine was smaller and oil was blowing out on my starter and exhaust. It should have been obvious to the guy in the pit that he didn't have the right filter. Not acceptable. It could have ruined my engine or burned my car down! Never again will I use ANY of their locations. I should have known I guess "If you want it done right, do it yourself"

I told them no thank you because they are only a few months old, so they knocked them clean for me instead. I wish they would have just said that they could replace them, but that it wasn't really necessary. That would have been a little more honest and someone who didn't know how old their filters were may have spent the money unnessesrarily. They didn't in anyway push me to replace them, but still.
