The moment you walk in you are greeted by the 3 gals at the front desk. The ambiance from the front desk, patient room and even restroom was so calming. I told my husband that I felt like I went to the spa! The place was nicely lit, super clean, smelled really nice and not overpowering. My experience with the care quality that Dr. Chen and her team carried from check in, explaining what they will be doing to diagnose, plan of care, costs, payments etc was probably the most relaxing experience I've ever had. Even their voices were putting me into a trance lol I have my procedure scheduled until after I deliver my baby. I appreciate that Dr. Chen did not rush this procedure but rather chose to wait for the best interest of my health and pregnancy. That's when I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to explain the process and make sure my questions were fully answered. All of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful as well, they checked up on me to make sure I received the prescription for my pain medications. I was extremely nervous coming in because it's my first ever root canal treatment but Dr. Monzavi is great and I felt comfortable during the treatment. He checks on you throughout the treatment to make sure you are OK and that the procedure is painless, then after the treatment thoroughly reviews with you what has been done and what the next steps are. I had 2 appointments so far (due to the severity of the infection) and each of them took less than an hour which is way quicker than what I expected. They scheduled me another follow-up appointment to check on the healing progress. You can tell the people here care about their patients.
