His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them. On the day I picked up my car, Jerry was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and even helped me replace my car license plates and put on my registration sticker. I highly recommend him if you're trying to find a diligent, honest and patient mechanic. I will continue to bring my car back to him and recommend him to my friends and family. I hooked up my auto tire pump machine and got 4 pounds out of it. I guess the air was blowing out as fast as it was pumping it in. I called Triple AAA and gave them my information. They said my wait time was about an hour and a half. Humm, well I know the towing and wrecking business when I did it years ago. And when you get busy you do get busy. I said fine, no problem. About half hour goes by and in comes Excel. I have worked with them before. The drivers name was Mark. Mark's a 17 year veteran wrecker operator. Truck number 23. :) He did a great job in record time, very polite and professional. If you need a wrecker, call Excel, they do great work.

His location was stationary in some random parking lot halfway across the city and not even on the way to my location for at least 20 of those mins. I got 3 separate texts in the 2.5 hrs I was waiting saying they would have a driver on the way and send me a link to their location in a couple mins. I ended up calling the police and got into my car 15 mins after I called the police. If triple a books them for you, just call a tow or service company yourself or the police.
