They said they sold the car I wanted because they thought I wanted the one that was more expensive and had more miles they also said that they just put the papers in the day before which was 2 days later from what they had said. Now I let this slide because I wanted a car. Came back 4 days later to find out that I needed a cosigner which hey definitely could've called to tel me about. I got a cosigner and everything was supposed to be ready to go. Said they would put it in again got approved. Waited a week and no call. I came back again and said what was going on. They said I can get it the next day early in the morning we have to just slap a sticker in it and the guy that does that isn't here. I came back as soon as they opened and they told me I couldn't get it because the battery had died and they needed to fix it up but I had to go to work and by time I'd be there they'd be closed. The saleswoman said she would be there until 7:30 so I could get it. I came at 6:40 and i Saw someone run inside the back. Called them about 20 times to let them know that I was here and still no response. I looked online and there's hours on The day I have off so I am here now and even though there is hours listed no one is here. I am thoroughly annoyed with this whole process and they have lost their sale. If you want a car, do not buy one here.

I called today and asked for a manager. The lady says better yet I have the owner Mary here. I asked to speak with her and she said she was on the other line with another customer and she would have to call me back. I asked for an email address and she refused to give me one. Only would take my name, number, and reason for calling. And guess what, no call from the owner Mary. If they do this to you it is fraud and I recommend starting a case with local law enforcement as I have already done so.
