An awesome local businesses with some really great (and very reasonably priced) beer! Staff was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the beers. The store was very clean and even had a section for young kids to hangout. Will definitely come back if we're in the area!

I dig the drinkware too. This is Yard Sale #5. Very good.

Came here today having heard that a new brewery was in town. So glad I did. This place is going to do well I think. First off, they were very welcoming and explained the covid rules clearly. We all cant wait for this to be over, but in the meantime, they handle it well. The place was clean, spread out, and very comfortable. They take your order right at your table for both food and drinks. Very convenient! Somehow they work it out with the food truck so you dont have to make separate transactions. Great idea! I started with a flight and an order of nachos. I'm ordinarily a stout and porter guy, so I wasnt sure about their selection for my tastes. I liked them all! Vacation, potty mouth, and both yard sale 4 and 5 were good. My favorite was the #5, and so I ordered a pint of that afterwards. Overall I'm so glad these folks are here and I'll be back for sure.

Was surprised to see such high reviews because I was very unimpressed. The brewery is rather small and upon walking into the brewery I immediately could smell the smell of wet dog. I'm all for dog-friendly breweries but this one really smelled badly. I tried a couple of their beers and was really not impressed with either. Their ipa and sweet potato lager were both not good. They also charged $4 for a 3 ounce pour which is pricey compared to other places. This may be a good place for locals but is not worth going out of your way to visit. I did go out of my way to based on the good reviews and was disappointed by the beer, atmosphere, and prices. They have some experimental beers that sound good but I was not impressed by what I tried.

So this is my second time here. The first time was not so stellar. The White Stout was the best thing in my sample flight. Nothing was offensive just not as polished. I ALWAYS say a brewery or brewer needs a year to learn their system and dial in all the subtleties. They are bucking the whole hazy IPA's trend to carve their own path. The Yard Sale Series #12 put last a twist on the traditional IPA with pumpkin & spices traditionally found in Pumpkin Beers. Nice mouthfeel and flavorful. Look forward to trying more of their beers.

Nice surprise in an unexpected location. Clean space, outgoing, friendly team. Enjoyed a Cloudberry Blonde, it was very good! Due to Covid, a food order was required which in itself was no big deal. Figured I'd get a side of fries- I wasn't out for dinner. No such luck. Food truck offered meals only starting at $12. Almost twice the cost of a beer, which was the reason I went in the first place. Hopefully that will soon change. Will be back for another draft!

She came back 3 times getting each beer incorrect and even sniffed a beer to try to remember! The food order never came out and that was the last straw! The staff was very passive aggressive. Both were delicious, but I preferred the latter. My fiancé enjoyed his IPA and had it twice. We were trying to not get too full for our upcoming dinner reservations so we ordered a sampling appetizers as well. The Chicken tortilla soup came in a neat mug, my fiancé was a big fan of it. The buffalo chicken wings were very good and the cauliflower bites were very large in portion size. I wish the cauliflower had been firm and not a little mushy, but overall the entire experience was great. It wasn't crowded when we got there at four, but it was starting to pick up when we left at 5:30x

Impressive contrast between the patty's crusted exterior and still-juicy interior. Arguably overdone on the outside, but I'll take that all day every day as long as the juiciness is there. Moderate amount of butter on the Texas toast standing in for rye. Somewhat-traditional condiments, but with a few liberties taken (caramelized onion, cheddar jack, bacon). Not elite, but solid enough job and probably among the better patty melts I've had on my recent quest. -- CH Cheeseburger: Tried twice, this wasn't just a good cheeseburger for the 'burbs or a good cheeseburger for a brewery. This is a good cheeseburger, period, and a very good one. The first thing I really like about it is that it's a thick, full-size patty, and not the overexposed smashburger that's made the thick ones nearly extinct. The second is that they understand and deliver on the concept of textural contrast: crusty exterior and pink, very juicy interior. They also season it just enough to notice, butter that griddled bun just enough to notice, and don't screw up the vegetable additions. The cheese is there but unremarkable. The bun is soft and flexible. Overall, one of the best burgers in MetroWest and Worcester. -- Fries: The frozen variety, neither great nor horrific. They got the job done. -- Beer: I like their offerings, led by their flagship Juice Freak, served properly in attractive glassware. I have other breweries with beers I love, but none of them has a burger I love, and I'm already falling in love with this one. Service was excellent every time, once at a table and twice at the bar. Note: If you use Siri to get directions here by name rather than address, she'll tell you that they've closed, but that's because they moved recently. They're open.

We got flatbreads, nachos, Mac and cheese, wings and an order of hush puppies. They left more than half of everything and said it was just ok. I spent $120 between food and drinks.. but the real kicker is *it's not a real restaurant* you go up and order like a Burger King and then you go up and pick up like Burger King but they still want a 20% tip. so I don't know what they want their 20% tip for when no one comes to you, no one checks on you. No one to ask you how it is. they don't care. also, they only sell single serve bottles of soda so there's no refills. We ended up spending like $22 on soda alone. * I noticed on their Facebook that they were complaining that people who were doing cornhole tournaments were bringing outside food and instead of reassessing their situation and what they're serving, they threatened to cancel the cornhole. If you served better food, people would buy it. It's not rocket science. Yours is 5/10 and there's other options out there that are cheaper and better than what you're currently offering. You don't take away the cornhole from people who are giving you any bit of business, you make it better for them.. so they want to buy it and they want to spend money and they want to eat your food. *since my teens aren't old enough to drink, there really isn't much to offer there in the way of food so we won't be coming back because there's no reason to.

They say don't meet your heroes, but sometimes that statement doesn't follow through. Also, when…read moreyou're talking about a brewery, perhaps the statement doesn't match up correctly. What I'm trying to get at here is Tree House Brewing Company, for any avid beer drinker who knows their stuff, lives up to all the hype and wonder that it is. My wife and I visited Tree House last weekend and had a fantastic time. I'm just sad it's over. Can we go back? Now? First, I gotta give the wife a shoutout because it was her idea to swing up to the OG spot of Tree House in Charlton, MA when we were going to be near-ish by. Between not being a beer drinker and also being currently pregnant, my wife normally has minimal drink options at a place that makes its name in alcohol, but Tree House is all encompassing when it comes to liquid love. Beer, spirits, seltzers, sodas, and coffee can be found here all under the moniker of Tree House. Plus this place is so massively wonderful in seating indoors and outside that it can be a place to take a few small cherubs as you partake in the wonder of it all. Something to note for the future. The true wonder for me comes in two waves. Wave 1 is just the sheer amount of beers available from Tree House right on tap. Two bars split you up between the go-to IPAs and stouts while the other bar has more traditional lager and beer options. There aren't flights at Tree House, but no staff member (all were so friendly and welcoming) will stop you from tasting a whole bunch of brews before landing on your full pour. Wave 2 is the can ordering and pick-up. If you're like me, when you catch Tree House cans around the area at a beer distributor, it can be like seeing a unicorn. You grab them and you'll pay any price to obtain a few because you know how coveted they are and how tasty they're going to be. If you're not aware of this, it might amaze you to watch people take handcarts full of beer off to their car. For the selection and price, this is a must...well, I got 20 cans (and some coffee cans too) so maybe not a full handcart for me, but it's so tempting to not want to. Beyond those waves of wonder you'll just find everything you want at a brewery and more. Tree House swag runs rampant and you could easily walk out with Tree House garb from head to toe via shirts, stickers, keychains and stemware. As mentioned, the setup is so stellar with Adirondack chairs spread around overlooking the whole Tree House campus. Nothin' is better than that, except maybe their pizza. Come during the week and you can experience some really stellar slices at their slice shop. This is apparently closed on the weekends, but food trucks take their place so you'll definitely still find some grub to offset the hops. You'll win at Tree House no matter what. Overall, Tree House Brewing Company is everything you hope to get from a brewery with aspects you might not even expect. I mean, I probably should mention I came on a Friday right at opening and experienced all of this wonderment early on so perhaps, as some report, later on a Friday evening or a weekend day might result in a more crowded feel, but I'll vouch for a during the week trip if you can make it happen. Because once you stroll up and get a whiff of what is being brewed inside of Tree House, you'll know it truly is your beer hero...even if it's not a person.

My big three for breweries are dog friendly outdoor seating, availability of good food, and high quality beers. Tree House is easily three for three. Let me put it to you this way - if you're a dog lover and beer enthusiast, this place is like Disney World. They even have maps of the hiking trails available on the property. Have a beer, take a hike, have a beer, get dinner from one of the several food trucks, have a beer, be happy. I'd literally try to convince my wife to plan a vacation around Tree House in Charlton even though it's an 8 hour drive from my home. My rating scale: 1 - Just don't 2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by 3 - Good choice if you're in the area 4 - I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here 5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here
