    Biggest idiots, no professionals work there. I'm glad that I went with someone else. THEY NEVER HAVE CARS AVAILABLE.

    What could they improve ? Pretty much everything !!!!…read more I should have known better then to go back to this location , being that employees are always rotating & or disappearing i figured I'd take my chances & hope & pray for decent customer service !!! Also the collision place i was using for my carrier was conveniently located very close . They had told me they had plenty of vehicles to choose from & that the insurance Co. who was covering the rent car had entered the necessary info into the system . When i arrived there to choose a car , all i was being offered where cars way below the value of what was stated i was allowed which was $100 a day vehicle , since there had been i complete misunderstanding and bad communication between enterprise and the insurance which i was not aware of , they could have explained that to me and we could have figured things out but instead they were very disrespectful and not nice or professional or attempting to explain things to me so everyone could work out. The entire scenario escalated into a very unpleasant encounter and sadly it was pretty shocking to say the least . last time i rented from them i was $6,000 out of pocket after they told me everything was covered by insurance , & again i should have not gone back there , as i stayed sitting in the waiting area hoping to resolve things they decided since they heard me on the phone & thought i was being too loud , i was told they won't rent to me & once & ended up 1/2 hour away in Thousand Oaks where there was a real sense of pride & professionalism which was not existent @ this location , & if everything wasn't bad enough with this location , they had the audacity to say completely mean spirited things & complete untruths about my character to the employees @ the Thousand Oaks location , anyone reading this be aware that if you aren't being treated with respect , it's not you , it's how they are & some how they are getting away with there very bad ,mean behavior ! There has to be some accountability , idk but this is just not OK !!!

When I got to Enterprise, Angel helped me out at the front desk. Connor showed me cars to choose from and explained everything. When all was done, Jaylin helped with checkout. The staff were great. Friendly and clear with information. It was an easy experience, and I was in and out in no time. Thank you!

    Waited over 2 hours for my reservation! Staff kept going away from the front desk. People in line…read morestarted to leave the car rental feed up from waiting. Lashae King the staff member that processed my reservation was extremely rude and condescending when asked if the two hours late could be added to my reservation return time. She said I'll have to pay an additional day. When I said no I'll return the car by 5pm she rolled her eyes left the desk and came back and told me we no longer have your car rental. We have an suv but it more expensive. I asked for a manager and she refused to go get one and told me to move to the side to wait for a car to be return. I let her know I was running late for work to go ahead and just process for a suv. I got charged $90 more. They had several people waiting for car wash because the manager was hand washing the cars her self. So I had to take a dirty car with poop all over and dirty trash and hair in the inside of the car. When I spoked to the manager Mariza she refused to give me her last name and said it happens where we don't have the cars they say they have on stock. She didn't help or offer to remove the extra fee for suv. So now I have a car rental for double the price and have to pump much more for gas! Horrible experience!

I reserved a full size truck in Tampa way back in July, upon my arrival at Tampa Airport i was told they didn't have the vehicle I reserved. I asked for a full size suv was told there was none. I had to settle for a compact truck. Once I got to the lot I see 5 full size suv's. Don't have a vehicle reserved 4 months in advance to tell the customer you don't have what they reserved. I rather pay the $20 more total for rental and rent at enterprise or alamo.

Just after 1 hour of driving 1 tire was flat, the other losing air, neither were taking air and it was impossible to use the spare as the tires were frozen on. The vehicle was not safe to operate. Husband and minor child were left stranded in 20 degree weather. After numerous attempts to obtain roadside assistance from hertz/dollar over the course of 24 hours waiting for a tow which never came, we incurred over $800 of out of pocket expenses to tow the vehicle back to the airport and arrange for alternative transportation at a premium. After 3 months of attempting to speak with customer service - I am offered a voucher of $50 so I can rent from them again. Do not ever rent from them - luckily no one got injured.

Whenever the car that we reserve is not available (or even when it is available) they will offer something better. Just a while ago my wife made a reservation for a car. We have limited budget but want a comfortable 6-passenger car for our long road trip so we went with a minivan. One of the staff who was helping her politely asked "would you like to be upgraded?" My wife was hesitant cause she is used to other car rental place that charges extra if the car reserved was unavailable. She answered "no" due to the potential upgrade cost. The staff courteously asked again "are you going on a long trip?" The answer was yes. The staff said they have a more comfortable ride which was a bigger, better and newer ride - the expedition max which just arrived this morning. Long story short (which it was actually short) she came home with an expedition for the price of minivan. To top it all, everything went so smoothly. She was in and out in about 15 minutes. Everytime we come here we were treated with dignity and respect. I hope i can give more stars but 5 is the limit. Our family loves long road trips and everytime we have one we always come to this branch. Thank you Avis/Budget! You always make our vacation memorable and most of all safe and comfortable!
