What could they improve ? Pretty much everything !!!! I should have known better then to go back to this location , being that employees are always rotating & or disappearing i figured I'd take my chances & hope & pray for decent customer service !!! Also the collision place i was using for my carrier was conveniently located very close . They had told me they had plenty of vehicles to choose from & that the insurance Co. who was covering the rent car had entered the necessary info into the system . When i arrived there to choose a car , all i was being offered where cars way below the value of what was stated i was allowed which was $100 a day vehicle , since there had been i complete misunderstanding and bad communication between enterprise and the insurance which i was not aware of , they could have explained that to me and we could have figured things out but instead they were very disrespectful and not nice or professional or attempting to explain things to me so everyone could work out. The entire scenario escalated into a very unpleasant encounter and sadly it was pretty shocking to say the least . last time i rented from them i was $6,000 out of pocket after they told me everything was covered by insurance , & again i should have not gone back there , as i stayed sitting in the waiting area hoping to resolve things they decided since they heard me on the phone & thought i was being too loud , i was told they won't rent to me & once & ended up 1/2 hour away in Thousand Oaks where there was a real sense of pride & professionalism which was not existent @ this location , & if everything wasn't bad enough with this location , they had the audacity to say completely mean spirited things & complete untruths about my character to the employees @ the Thousand Oaks location , anyone reading this be aware that if you aren't being treated with respect , it's not you , it's how they are & some how they are getting away with there very bad ,mean behavior ! Needed to rent a car and spoke to Jaylin on the phone. Since I was without a ride, Enterprise sent a driver to pick me. She was courteous and really nice. Great at conversation. When I got to Enterprise, Angel helped me out at the front desk. Connor showed me cars to choose from and explained everything. When all was done, Jaylin helped with checkout. The staff were great. Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior by Manager "Nico" - Northridge Location I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the conduct of a manager named Nico at your Northridge branch. Today, I visited the branch to request a car change. Nico informed me there was no availability and advised me to try another location. When I asked if he could contact the other branch on my behalf to check for vehicle availability, he declined and told me to call them myself. When I tried calling right afterwards I discovered that the location he directed me to was actually closed, and no other nearby locations were open. Meanwhile, as I waited, I witnessed Nico assist another customer who did not have a reservation into a vehicle. When I asked for clarification, he then told me cars were available but only for customers with reservations. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since I already had a car through Enterprise and had been referred to this location from another branch specifically because they said this location had availability. The dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist a returning customer with an existing rental are disappointing and unacceptable. His behavior reflects poorly not only on the Northridge location but on Enterprise's overall reputation for customer service. Everything was great thank you! Let me start by saying, i walked in without the reservation. I was seen right away, and greeted with a smile, the whole process took about 10 minutes & and I was on my way.. Today when I return the car Brian was extremely nice very efficient checked the car, offered a ride. Santos(extremely nice and pleasant) was a gentleman that gave me a ride back to work. Worst experience of my life dealing with this fucking branch they are so horrible and they will kee charging you and overcharging you. I had a horrible experience. I kept a rental for 2 1/2 weeks already paid over $1900. Then they kept my deposit of $300 saying that I still owed on the rental so they took the deposit because I owed on the rental then when I dropped the car off, they still have the nerve to charge me $45 more and then I still owed on the rental. We had used Enterprise only since 2000. There has been some problems renting but the employees always found a solution. Yesterday, our car ended in the mechanic and We called Enterprise to confirm if their had cars available. The answer from the employees over the phone was affirmative. When we asked for a ride from home to the business, he informed us maybe in the afternoon. We needed the car sooner. We Uber to the office to find out there were no cat available, no other Enterprise with cars and unable to take us home. He was very apologetic but showed no effort to assist us. First time in decades. This most be the new services policy. We were so upset that we started walking. Being seniors, we had to contact Uber again to get home. Shame on you. No stars for no service !! So I had a confirmation for 12/24 @ 3:00 pm but guess what? They closed at 3:00 pm for Christmas Eve. Confirmation said they closed at 6 pm and no one ever bother to call me to let me know they would be closing early and the best part ? When I got to the Enterprise office there was another customer there who arrived BEFORE 3:00 pm and the office was already closed / now this just gets better..... I call Customer Service to find out that the only place I can rent a car from Enterprise is at the Airport for DOUBLE the original price (Thank you for absolutely nothing, Anna) - familiar with "Bait & Switch " ? The entire process was very quick and smooth, and the invoice was instantly provided electronically to take the hassle out of insurance claims. My husband and I had reservations for a mini van. When you drive in the lot there is a big pot hole you have to avoid. They tried renting us a van that was scraped up all the way down the right side with a big dent!! Obviously whoever had this when it happened had to pay to fix it. Why didn't Enterprise fix it before trying to rent it to someone? Renting costs a lot of money and we want a nice car/van. Needless to say we cancelled our reservation and left. I can't say this about all their locations because honestly I was frustrated with some of the locations when check engine light was on and I tried to switch the car for their sake, preventing any fur problems, those locations wouldn't care but Northridge was my original place that I rented the car. Louis and Clare were kind, attentive and cared about what I was going through ( car accident) hence the need for a car rental. Staff in this location are wonderful, helpful, patient and friendly. You don't always need a car for happy reasons and I definitely didn't go there for a good time, but they made it easy. read more

Demand an itemized receipt before they charge your credit card on file. I haven't had the car for two months and monthly I get fraudulent charges on my credit card that don't belong to me. I called the office numerous times and all I get is a run around by everyone there and they leave me on hold for 30 minutes. So pathetic, very upset with this experience at this location. read more

You see I reserved a car for this location a week ago, with the understanding that a full sized car would be available as expected when I made my reservation.
