I completely understand that businesses get busy, but it's incredibly frustrating to answer the phone, say "please hold," and then leave someone waiting indefinitely without even asking what they need or checking in after several minutes. It's poor customer service and comes across as disrespectful of people's time. After it happened multiple times, it honestly started to feel like callers were being put on hold just to avoid having to help them. Whether that's actually the case or not, that's certainly the impression it leaves. If you're too busy to take calls, at least let customers know or offer to call them back instead of leaving people on hold until they eventually give up and hang up.

To rent you need a Credit card. Not a debt card. I have seen people get very upset when they find out. They also charge a $100 deposit. They need proof of insurance too. You are able to buy it there. However it van be pricey. It does give you peace of mind. They have after hours drop off. I have always used that option with zero issues.

Their customer service is friendly, understanding, and ready to get you in your rental. I had no issues with these guys and found them to be very good at making the rental process seamless. Nice and easy. (A tip: have your information ready too. It will go smoother.) They washed and vacuumed the car as well before I drove off with the rental. A nice gesture to not have a dirty car. I'm grateful! Overall, I really find this place to be a good spot to rent a car if you live in the neighborhood and your car is having a repair or something. Call these guys :) . All of the buildings were super clean, looks like they put new carpets, and the actual units were very clean. The manager, Jocelyn, was absolutely amazing. It was oh first time renting a storage, so she guided me through everything and helped me pick out what would suit my needs best. I am very impressed by the staff and the cleanliness. I have had the unit for about a month now, have gone in only a handful of times, but they are consistent. They are technologically up to date and have an app to check on your unit, pay, and open the gate through your phone. Huge plus. So far so good
