Sweep it, vacuum it, do whatever you need to do not to leave a mess. If not you will be put on the naughty list. He is not your mother and he doesn't have time to clean stuff out. If he does he will charge you $20.00. There are actually 2 rules. Refill the tank. Luckily Costco is right down the street. Super grateful Joe had a available van. I have fuel receipts which coincide with the miles driven according to the vehicles mpg. The vehicle was left cleaner than when received. Apparently money means more than integrity. Plenty of other Uhaul rental locations to choose from. Shop around.

I was told I'd get a call back with an answer. Shortly after I get a call saying "if you come right now you can pick up the keys". After getting dropped off doors were locked and only the manager was behind the counter. She immediately tried telling me to leave because they were closed but I explained that I was called and told I could still pick up. After a couple minutes of going back and forth she finally let me in but not until after a "I'm sorry your rental is more important than my health". I responded with the fact that I was called and told I can pick up the vehicle, I wouldn't have gotten dropped off other wise. She ignored that and just continued being rude. After finally getting the keys while she was on the phone in front of me she said "yea some people just don't understand the health impacts of chemical spills". I responded with another "you guys called me and said that I was good". She then said no one called me and told me to leave. Attached is a screenshot of the incoming call from U-Haul telling me to come get the keys. I wouldn't have had any issue going to a different location for pick up. But I was told this one would still be open. The store messed up but instead of taking ownership of putting out bad information I was the one blamed. Do better.

CONS: - The only thing I can think of is, there are really no well marked parking spots here? I kind of just pulled my vehicle up next to the huge propane tank.
