They confirmed we would have the vehicle we needed as we stressed to the representative that we needed an 8 seater. When we arrived the day of pick up there were several issues. 1. I waited to be attended for over 20 minutes. 2. The 8 seater car wasn't available. We expressed our frustration as we told the representatives numerous times that we needed a larger car. While the person who did help me was very apologetic it doesn't take away the fact that they didn't hold up the end of their bargain. We will not be using this location or any other enterprise location in the future.

The car was not clean and had a strong smell of fried food, with visible food smears throughout--especially on the back seats. Before traveling, I had to get a car deodorizer first and clean the most important parts of the car that we needed to use, which was both inconvenient and disappointing. Renting a car is not cheap, and receiving a clean vehicle should be part of the service. We're truly disappointed and hope this feedback helps ensure better experiences in the future.

Example: one time I watched 2 employees posing out on the lawn, taking 'glamour pics' for a couple minutes, while another customer and I were waiting at the front desk for service... Then my unit was broken into - the perpetrators were able to push the roll-up door off its' track and force it up a couple feet, then grab everything within reach. So this business can talk all they want about security and on-site cameras, but MANY parts of the facility do not have camera coverage, and if something does happen they will be very uncooperative when it comes to allowing police to access footage when you file a police report. I had to plead with them for multiple days before they would finally allow police to view the tape before it 'timed out.' Beware these guys... Been with the Extra Space Storage on Carson Blvd in Hawaiian Gardens, about 2 miles away, for 3 years now, and they are flawless...

When I arrived at enterprise they didn't have the car I had requested. To be fair the staff at the counter mentioned that they weren't expecting me that day which I can understand since the insurance company does not know when I'll drop my car at the body shop. The staff at the counter did their best to find an suv at a neighboring enterprise location and had it delivered in a timely manner. Additionally, they upgraded my car type due to the inconvenience. Both the staff and the desk and the staff in the parking lot releasing the vehicles were friendly and helpful. Although it took extra time to get my vehicle I appreciated their effort to make things right.

We booked a 20' truck for a 8 hour window 3 days in advance. We received multiple confirmation…read moreemail and texts that said we could pick the truck up using the mobile app anytime. At 9 pm the night before we received a text this vehicle was not available for early pickup. This negatively impacted our plans. Upon pick up of the vehicle right off the bat the brakes felt very very bad. About a mile down the road the brakes started to grind and the pedal pulsate. Once the truck was loaded it was almost impossible to stop without being in tow haul mode. Thank you Jesus we only had 10 miles to drive and the truck was only at 1/2 capacity. I told the very nice gentleman helping us If someone were to drive that over the grapevine they would be on a suicide mission. Don't put your life in danger find a more reputable U-Haul Location. The owner or GM of this location is running a sloppy undermanned store. 2 employees having to do it all. That's not fair to them or your customers. The showroom was about 90 degrees and the lot is full of debris and trash. The 2 employees providing customer service at pick up and drop off were very nice and helpful.

I had complications with my own vehicle and had to book a rental last minute for our trip to Mexico the next day. I called to confirm my booking and Devaun answered the phone and he was so friendly from the get go. When we came to pick up the car the next day he helped us complete our booking at the counter. Devaun and the other guy Nick there were so personable and friendly it really made the experience enjoyable. We enjoyed chatting with them! If you're a AAA member you can get an excellent rate with Hertz at $32.68 per day! AAA also allows you a free additional driver if they are also a AAA member so that was nice to have! They are closed on Sundays but booking the extra day to return the car on Monday ends up being over 50% cheaper than trying to return the car to the airport Hertz open Sundays. If you are going to Mexico you can purchase the Mexico auto insurance right there. It ends up being about $32/day which is about the same you would pay at a cheap place before the border. It is REQUIRED in Mexico and if you get pulled over they will ask to see proof of insurance. Devaun printed out the Mexico insurance right there, so easy and convenient and one less thing to worry about. Upon returning the car it was an easy and smooth transaction. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. My roommate and I were so happy with the customer service we will definitely come here for any future car rental needs! Thank you guys!

Even though the DMV said they no longer will provide temporary drivers license with the seal on it. All will be printed without seal. Moving forward. The DMV was nice enough to give me a temporary drivers license with the seal. I brought it back to them with a note from the DMV clearly, stating that they will no longer provide temporary drivers license with the seal. He learned something new at work today. You're welcome
