My friend raved about the fried shrimp - so we all ordered the fried shrimp. I don't like red sauce so I asked if I could have a different sauce and she said yes an gave me the Alfredo. I asked the very young server if any of the pasta was fresh and she said ALL of their pasta was fresh (which I thought, great a good Italian restaurant should have fresh pasta). I asked for the fettuccine with fried shrimp. What came out was this - it was linguini clearly from a box NOT fresh and the shrimp were way over cooked, salty and rubbery. My friends got the linguini with red sauce -- there was SO much sauce It looked like they were trying to hide something. The Alfredo sauce ok - not great but not horrible. The two things I can say is that the bread was good and the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente but def not fresh pasta. Do not go to this place. I think it may be resting on its past laurels.
