I love getting my mani' and pedi's here with Kelly she is the best in fact everyone is wonderful! I was there today when the customer Kim Who just wrote a negative review came in and the manager advised her that since she got her nails done somewhere else they may not have the exact match in color when she asked to have her nail fixed and suggested she go to the same shop to get the exact color but Kim insisted and the the nail tech said she would do her best but can't guarantee she will get the exact match. The woman was rude the entire time and the tech did her best to match but there was no pleasing her and My friends, family, and I will continue to come here please don't let a negative person influence you. read more

I love love love my nails! Both of the women who worked on my hands & feet took there time. I wanted a hint of Halloween incorporated into my nails so the lady added a small black spider web on my thumb. It's hard to see in the pic, but it's exactly what I wanted. I wasn't looking to do anything crazy with my design. All the workers there were extremely friendly, which I always appreciate! I finally found my go-to nail salon. I popped in for a much needed pedicure and manicure. Helen did my manicure and Katie did my pedicure. They were both so sweet and gentle. I liked how they brought all the color samples to me to pick. It's a very nice and clean nail spa. Two big TV's, soft music and a calm atmosphere. I really felt bad presenting my horrible feet and nasty nails to the ladies but they didn't seem bothered at all. I went there for a simple pedicure. The pedicure was good, but I didn't appreciate the heavy sell on extras, minimal massage (3 minutes), and the heavy solicitation of extra tip. I gave a 20% tip and had some change remaining in my hand which she indicated was for the woman who filed my nails. I should have asked them to split the 20% tip but was caught off guard by the ask and just gave the $3 that remained with me. It's not that much money, it was the ask. I tried Flora for a nail fix. The manager did a horrible, horrible job. The powder color she was going to use didn't match my other nails. When I mentioned it she grabbed dark pink and added it to her power. My other nails had the peach skin tone powder. Then it was time to paint. I'm not exaggerating when I said that this was the worst French paint job possible. She slopped it on. The nail is bumpy and she put glitter all over the nail when my other nails only had it on the tip. Clearly she didn't care and took NO pride in her work.
