I was previously at the Pepboys in East Tremont about 3 weeks ago for oil change and inspection. Waited for the car 2 hours and was told my inspection failed because I need new brakes. Javier was great at keeping me up to date with the car. Tony was the mechanic who serviced my car and was great. Came in again for the inspection and to change my brakes on 7/26/2022. Dropped off the care at 7:45 am. Was told I would get a call to let me know the cost of the brakes. Between 11:45am - 1:30pm called and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. Called 8x after that and had to walk over to find out about my car. When I arrived, my car was still where I parked it. I was greeted by Daphne who disregarded my concerns and was answering the phone which I told her "oh so you are answering calls". I was then told Tony the mechanic was unavailable and my car would need to be reassigned which is unbelievable. If I would have not shown up to the shop my car would still be sitting there. Daphne then gave me the quote and wanted to charge me for extra stuff. Be careful when dealing with her...she will try to add things...not sure if they get some sort of commission. I was sent home with a complimentary Lyft and was told a Lyft will pick me up once the car is done. No call, no Lyft. At 7:30pm walked back to the shop, greeted by Javier and Daphne no were to be found. That chick has the worse customer service! Javier took care of me and manager gave me a discount for the wait and horrible customer service. If you go there only deal with Javier...everyone else is no good! read more

I had a 12:30 appointment today for an inspection as well as an oil change and was there on time. I was told it may take 2-3 hours for them to call me for my appointment so I chose to take my car and wait for their call. I never received a call from them. I called them at 3 and was told there was still 1 person ahead of me but they could not give me a time in which it would be done. So I waited again and called at 5 and was told they would not be able to work on my car today. They should not take appointments if they are already booked. They wasted my time and now it's too late to go anywhere else today. Don't go there they will just waste your time. read more

Don't get tires installed at the Pep Boys on 2633 E. Tremont Ave. They told me to order from tirerack.com because the tires would be shipped to pep boys and installation was $78. My tires were delivered 12/20 and signed for by Joseph, who works there. When I got the delivery confirmation I set up an appt to get the tires installed. when I showed up they had me look thru a pile of tires in front of the store for the tires I ordered. A clerk briefly looked. Miriam, the manager, told me to call tire rack. I made 2 trips to pep boys hoping the staff would find my tires that they signed for. By the end of the day tire rack reshipped tires to a different location. Perhaps the pep boys employee sold my tires online. One employee with matted eyelashes, told me this wasn't her problem it's pep boys problem. they have no system for documenting when an order is received, who it belongs to, or when they'll be installed. Delivered tires are just thrown in a pile in the front of the store. Avoid them. the service sucks! read more

I was there last week. My appointment was at 10am, well waiting in line checked in at 10:30am for an alignment. I was told I was going to receive a phone call from them and the job was supposed to take 2 hours. They sent me a text explaining additional repairs they could do for me. Anyway, long story short after waiting until 2:30 pm I went to ask if my vehicle was done. So my surprised is that the lady who took my order left and did not put it in. So now, the white guy was trying to "excuse" her and blaming there was not enough employees. To be honest that was bs. everyone who has visited this location knows that most of the time they are talking and taking their sweet time, moving back and forth "acting" like if they are working. I do not do repairs there because they are very expensive, I do alignment because It is free. Other than that I recommend another place. read more

I set an appointment on 10/27 for oil service on on 10/29. I get to this location and speak with the service employees at the desk. Mind you my appointment was at 5pm. So she tells me that they won't be able to do my oil change. They have 2 call outs and are backed up. She stated she called me twice around 2pm which she did. But I explained to her, I was at work and could not pick up. I wished you would of left me a voicemail. She then said I don't believe it allowed me to leave a voicemail. That was where she got me frustrated at. My voicemail wasn't full and I know it was a lie. I left the store and called my personal phone from my company phone and was able to leave a voicemail. She didn't offer me any resolution for this issue. Your call outs and being backed up is not something for me to solve. No wonder everyone gives them a bad review. read more

This place is the WORST. DO NOT bring you car here. I've come to this Pep Boys for a couple of things. I've brought my car for an oil change in the past, and they forgot to reset the oil indicator. I've most recently brought my car in on 9/3 for a state inspection. I made an appointment for 9AM, and I came early, checked in my car, handed my keys, and was in the waiting room by 8:50AM. The car was NOT done UNTIL 1:15PM. Over 2 hours for an inspection is ridiculous, let alone not honoring my appointment time is outrageous. I ended up failing the safety, they told me I need a headlight changed, ONE tire changed and my tints removed due to new laws on tints. I walked back to my car where they parked it in the parking lot to find that MY HEADLIGHTS WERE LEFT ON... I took care of the tire and the headlights and so I came back today 9/8 for them to remove my tints and redo my state inspection. I again made an appointment for 9AM and did not get a call regarding my car until 12:45PM, which means to me they yet again did not honor my appointment time. This time they said ANOTHER tired needed to be change, in addition to the tire I already changed (because it was not up to quality standards they had for inspection). ADDITIONALLY they said I needed to have other work done on the car that would amount to about $2,000, but they "did me a favor and won't fail me for the other work." they'll only fail me due to the tires. I asked the receptionist why this was not caught the first time around and they could not give me a straight and reasonable answer. They explained the other work that needed to be done, saying it would be dangerous to drive the car. But if they really thought it was that dangerous they wouldn't have given the car back to me... Guess it really wasn't that important. Being COMPLETELY fed up with all of this, I paid for yet another failed inspection and took my car elsewhere. Upon arriving to the new shop, I found a razor that was used to remove the tints left on top of my car from Pep Boys... HOW UNACCEPTABLE. Anyway, this new mechanic found nothing else wrong with the car other than changing the tires. Pep Boys really tried to rip me off with the other additional work my car needed. Such a waste of money at Pep Boys. Don't go there, they rip you off, and don't honor your appointments. I can't believe I wasted my time and money here. read more

Absolutely despicable. Went in for a standard state inspection and oil change. Even made an appt weeks in advance because I wanted to be in and out quickly. Upon on time arrival, waited an additional 30mins standing on line due to poor customer service and time mgmt protocols. I didn't care though, it happens, queuing can be very unpredicable--moving on. They first tried to pretend I had to pay double for an oil change I already researched online. I began suspecting their mode of operation. With no help from the supposed customer service representative, I fumbled around to match the correct pricing and service from what I gathered online. They quickly informed me, yes, that was doable. Annoying, but I got what I wanted, so moving on. They told me to wait until I got an oil change (which I specifically told them to do first prior to the inspection) and then they would proceed with the inspection. After another hour of waiting, they called me over to tell me that while doing an oil change (where Pep Boys always inspects various aspects of the car) they found safety hazards which would prevent me from passing inspection. They claimed I would need to pay an additional $1800 to change a punchlist of items before the car would pass. I was fuming because I knew they were talking out of their *** but calmly told them, I would like to pay for the oil change, decline the inspection, and will be out of their shop. They tried to say "Oh, I can give you a 20% discount on service." I quickly retorted, I have my own car guy and if the car needs work, he's the only person I would trust. Then they started making up nonsense about the fact that the inspection still needs to be paid for etc. I said, fine, charge me for oil change and inspection, but I want the car immediately and don't touch anything. They asked me to wait and proceeded to take another 45-mins on the car. It was quite obvious they had in fact NOT began inspection on my car and had just done a preliminary inspection (like they always do with oil changes to try to find other things they can try to charge you for). After 45-mins they finally came back with a paper saying inspection failed. I paid the bill and got out of there as quickly as possible, lesson learned. I used to like Pep Boys, their oil changes are well priced but due to this experience I will NEVER frequent a Pep Boys ever again. If their stock was still publicly traded, I'd short it. Fast forward one week and I took my car to my normal car guy. I didnt even mention the horrible experience I had a week prior, because I wanted fresh eyes and if there truly was anything wrong, of course I wanted to be notified. Needless to say, I passed inspection without a single issue. This establishment needs to be reported. Car wouldn't start bc battery terminal and wiring needed replacement. These guys kept me updated every step of the way from the moment tow truck came up until the actual repair. Every step of the process was clearly verbalized and they were even nice enough to test drive the vehicle for added certainty. My car went out at 12am Monday morning, got towed, inspected and fixed within 24 hours easily. Other mechanics magically find additional problems out of thin air, but these guys were straightup, stayed focused on the main issue, and emailed me a copy of the mechanics report to show me what was inspected. If your car breaks down somewhere in the Bronx, it's a good idea to call these guys. They'll pick your car up, and make sure you're aware of every step of the process and won't proceed unless you're comfortable with it. read more

I went there to get 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. When I picked the car up the clerk told me that I needed new rotors, brake pads and the tie rods needed to be changed. When I received the car back the alignment seem to be still off, I asked the clerk was the alignment done on my car? she told me yes. When I took it to Firestone which guaranteed me a wheel alignment and I could bring it back for re- Justments for as long as I own the car. they told me that the wheel alignment was severely off. I had the real professionals do the alignment and I brought back the receipt to pep boys saying that they had a reimburse me because the wheel alignment was never done. After a little haggling I was given back the money for the wheel alignment that I was charged for but was never done on my car. I will never bring my car even for tires to pep boys they lost a good customer. If you're going to go to pep boys, please be sure that all the work that they said was done is rechecked by a real professional. read more

About 2 weeks ago I went to this PepBoys for an OIL CHANGE, quite possible the simplest service needed on a vehicle. To start off, I was there from 11:30 am till 4:30pm, again, FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Now, I wouldn't mind the time if someone would have told me from the start "hey, we're busy this is going to take a while, you may want to leave and come back" but nope, and every time I asked how much longer they kept saying "your car is up next". Anyway, I left and not a week later my car is showing low on oil. I went to take a look and the car is Leaking oil and My skid plate wasn't put in correctly so it was left hanging on the left side. I went back in to have this corrected, the service manager let me know it would take a while so I left. When I came back to pick up the car they corrected the mistake with the oil but after I drove over a bump I head something scrape on the bottom of the car, naturally I went to check and found that yet again the skid plate was still not put back on correctly and this time it was hanging from the right side of the car. Before I left the shop that day, I asked "did you guys put the skid plate back on correctly?" And I was told "yes, you won't have a problem". I went to this PepBoys thinking I am taking my car to professionals being as this is such a big company. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and based on what I heard from other people there for service, I would recommend if you're reading this review DO NOT GO HERE, take your car somewhere else. Wait wait, here's the best part: the mechanic drives off with my car keys!!! So I have to wait another 20 minutes. My car is a new car just short of warranty and came here for an oil change. Engine light turned on, the shop recommend a diagnosis of the engine to see what's up- for a 100 dollars. The engine is fine. Then they told me that my brake needs to be changed- charged for a few hundred dollars for that. Oh and air filter. For anyone's future reference engine light is called the "idiot's light" by the mechanics. Unless, it is an old car with engine light on, ignore anything the mechanic tells you. There is no way to check if the brake pad has been changed for such a new car, same with air filter. read more

Please Note: I drive a 2014 Nissan Versa. Fairly good shape. I do my quarterly check ins. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews BEFORE I went in. Came in 10/1/16 for a an car inspection. Took 2 1/2 hours to get done which was fine because they told me ahead of time their would be a wait. During the inspection I was told that my Windshield wipers did not pass so I would have to spend an additional $45 to buy new windshield wipers. That brought my bill up to $85 since they charge $38 for the inspection. When it was time to pay. I DISTINCTLY asked that I split the charge between TWO cards. Clearly the person that was doing the charging did not KNOW what he was doing. I don't understand why they would put people on the register that clearly did not know how to do the job. Make a long story short they charged the ENTIRE amount on one card. When I asked for them to FIX their mistake Nelson the Retail Manager told me they do not do refunds. It was NOTHING that they can do to help. Although they made the mistake. Very upsetting. He was unprofessional, condescending and noticeably unphased by a customer needing assistance. I will NEVER go back to this Pep Boys. NELSON the stores Retail Manager was not helpful at all. This place needs to be shut down. read more

As a long time resident of the Bronx, I have come here over the years to buy parts for my cars. In addition, I have come here a few times for auto service. While buying parts was painless, each service experience was not: 1) get an inspection sticker 2) buy set of 4 tires and get them mounted 3) replace one tire under warranty 4) (one month after #3) replace the tire that was replaced. May I reiterate terrible service? Sure advertised prices are lower than other businesses but you have to sacrifice time. The queue of customers is long and each event for car service took between 3 hours to an entire day of waiting. The service arm side of the business is poorly organized and managed. The guys at the front take your info and put the key on the wall. The mechanics come in and pick up any key and work on a car. On my last visit, one tire was looking flat so either Pep Boys gave me a lemon or the mechanic did a poor job mounting the tire. After seeing workers joking around with each other and doing nothing as 4 hours went by was bad comedy. I found out it that it was the last mechanic's negligence. Great. As I waited, other angry customers were sucking their teeth in disbelief as they stared at the their watches in the waiting room. No apologies? Never again. Took my car in for an inspection at this location. They failed my inspection because they claimed I needed new tires. The tires I have are still good so I took my car to four (4) other places. All the other places (which do not sell tires) inspected my tires and said my tires were in good condition and that they passed the safety criteria. I had to come back to this location to confront them for reporting false information to the state (on the initial inspection report) and to have them clear out that false information so that I could go somewhere else for my inspection. Plainly.... Do not go to pep boys for an inspection. Because they are in the business of selling tires, they will hold your inspection hostage and attempt to force you to buy their tires. They tried to rip me off and I'm sure I wasn't the first and won't be the last. Save yourself the aggravation. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, this place is a scam!! I was at work so my father took my car for its yearly inspection. It took 4 HOURS for them to even start on the car and another hour for inspect. They claimed the car failed because the windshield wiper. It's cool we had new wiper blade at home already so he came back a few days later for re-inspection. They did not give him a report for the first inspection. Red flag number 1. Comes back waits 3 hours for reinspection. They come back claiming a plethora of things with a quote of $1400. Excuse me?!?! Then they take my father to the side and tries to pressure him to sign up for a credit card. WHY? As soon as he heard that the car "failed" he immediately knew to go to our usually mechanic even though it's further. He knew that there's a lot of BS going on here. He goes to our usual mechanic, and told him we went to Pep Boys and failed. He instantly knew and had a smirk and didn't say anything else. Wouldn't you know it? The car passes re-inspection. This business is a shady scam. Take your business elsewhere. They prey on unknowing customers, and not even mentioning the times we're in even in a normal time, the practices of this branch is despicable. How they are in business is beyond me. Absolutely horrible place to take your car for repairs. Brought the car on a Friday for an inspection and they found multiple problems and was told it wouldn't pass inspection unless the master cylinder brake line and cam sensors weren't fixed which would come up to $1700. Mind you, my brakes were working when I brought the car in and when I wanted to take my car and come back another time my brakes were shot. Okay fine, do the repairs. I go home wait for their call the next day because it "will take more than 5 hours" to repair it and I couldn't wait there with my 3 year old and my newborn child. The next day Saturday I get a call from them saying it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday because the part didn't come in yet. This was a few days before the New Year when we brought the car in and it wasn't going to be ready until Jan 3. Come Jan 3 and surprise surprise, the part didnt come in and will come in on Friday, they will work on the car over the weekend and will be ready by the end of the weekend. At this point my husband and I were getting really frustrated because we have 2 young kids and not having a car to take to school is really hard. Weekend comes and what do you know, the part didn't come in again and will come in Tuesday Jan 8. Tuesday rolls in and was installed and all that. Good. However, they realized that the cam sensor they put was defective and they had to order the part again. not surprisingly the part didn't come in on Tuesday and reportedly will arrive on Wednesday late. So we were told the car would be ready by Thursday late Jan 10. It is now Thursday at 730 pm and I am still waiting for their call to tell me the car is ready. My car has with them for almost 2 weeks now. Customer service has been bleh as well, some of the people who answer the phone are horrible and rude and kept saying it'll be ready when it's ready. Then stop telling your customers a timeline when you can't abide by it!!! The worst place to bring your car to!! read more

Made a 4:00 appointment for an oil change. Dropped it off at 3:30. Came for it at 5:30 AND THEY HAVENT EVEN TOUCHED THE CAR. My mat was hitting the gas pedal when their "mechanic " finally went to my car so it accelerated and the mechanic asked me if that is normal. If you dont know that hitting the mat will accelerate then u have no business working for cars. Came to Boston road Lube and super wash and was in and out in 20 mins WITH A FREE CAR WASH. I arrived at 4 and there was barely an empty parking spot in their ample lot. I was greeted warmly by Carlos who referred me to the front desk. At the front desk Emil was a superstar; answering phones, taking care of customers and referring work to the back. Anthony took time out of what he was doing to check my car to see if indeed I had too much oil that needed to be drained and replaced. Emil assured me that even though it was late in the day, I would be seen and gave me an hour time frame. I came back in 15 minutes as I needed something from my car. Eursis walked me to my car and told me he'd get started on it. I was out in less than 45 minutes. These guys are friendly, professional, quick and trustworthy. got a flat on my brand new 2023 Hyundai Elentra N, so I got a set of new tires trying to do everything correctly it's a brand new car, and I also needed all season tires, so I went to pep boys and trusted them with my brand new vehicle and to put the new tires on, COME TO FIND OUT TWO OF MY RIMS are damaged from pep boys one got a chip on the lip and the other rim is all scratched up inside due to improper install and careless work! i thought these was suppose to be the professionals? these time cost $600 plus dollars from factory, also come to find out my car was driving extremely weird as if it was aligned, come to find out I ended up having to pay another tire and rim shop to re align my car properly, and to also re balance tires on my car because this is a service I payed for pep boys to do which I learned they did not! I have proof also and sent it to the district manager of the Bronx, Derrick and spoke to him about a refund and have all my photo evidence, he said I will get a full refund in the mail for what happened to me, it would take 3-4 weeks to come in, so I'm still patientmy waiting for my check and it has been months!!! and I keep getting the run around and same questions! I want my full refund this is a lot of money pep boys owes me for the damage they have done to my new car! I now have to end up taking this up to a corprate level because pep boys is dodging me, giving me the run around and not giving me my money back and owning up tho there mistakes that I have clear evidence of! I made an appointment online for a 3:00 PM appointment for a standard inspection. I showed up for my appointment on time. I was told the inspection should take about an hour, possibly a little over an hour. I left and came back around 5:20 PM; when I came back my car still was "not ready." After waiting another 15 minutes, (totaling over 2 1/2 hours for an inspection), an employee walked out to the front and stated "who's the victim?" to the employee ringing me up -- making a joke about my car failing inspection. I'm then informed that my 2017 Honda Civic failed inspection due to a bubble in my tire and my "lower control arms needed to be replaced." When the employee who performed the inspection was talking to me about the lower control arms, he never stated exactly what the issue with them was -- he just kept telling me they needed to be replaced. He then held a folder up covering his face and whispered something to the employee ringing me up. The employee then hands me a quote of almost $600 to perform the work to replace the lower control arms -- not including parts. I take my failed inspection, and then brought my car to a trusted mechanic my family frequently uses for work on our cars. He performs an inspection of the car twice, and stated that the lower control arms are fine and do NOT need to be replaced. Not only did I wait over 2 1/2 hours for a standard inspection (with an appointment), I was deceived and almost conned into paying $600+ of unnecessary work on my car. I will never give Pep Boys my business again, and will advise folks to stay far away from Pep Boys -- particularly this location. read more

I have my car service here thinking I was going to save money instead of taking it to the dealer; boy was I wrong. I picked up and car and all the trouble lights indicator were lit (VSC, ABS, Low Tire inflation). I asked the mechanic if they did a road test after replacing the struts and he said yes. If so, why you did not see the trouble lights indicators lit like christmas lights. It turned our they messed my ABS system. Instead of saving by not taking it to the dealer, I have tons of headache. WARNING. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION. ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN WHO WANTS TO BE TREATED FAIRLY. Sadly, I have given this particular Pep Boys a few chances hoping employees there would treat me fairly and once again, I was wrong. The ONLY reason I returned this most recent time was due to an emergency. The first time I came, an employee spoke to me as if I had never seen a car before, completely condescending. The second time I was told I would need a ton more work than I actually did. The person I spoke to this last time, Jimmy, was great. He got my car in faster than expected, kept me up to date with phone calls and even found me the part I needed at half the price I thought it would be, I thought maybe, finally! things had changed with the type of employees here - until I picked up my car. When I went to pick up my car, I was with a male friend. Unfortunately, Jimmy wasn't there. The man behind the counter saw us and immediately assumed the male friend was here for the car and completely ignored me, addressing my friend. Then, when he realized the car was mine he seemed surprised (?). When I gave him my information, he spent a good 10 minutes doing other things (he seemed to be filing paperwork?) before coming back to me with information on it. I had already looked in the lot and knew my car was ready, but again he said "I have to check if it's ready." He then asked my friend if he knew an estimate of the car's mileage. Again, I reminded him that it was *my* car. When I gave him what I thought was an accurate estimate, (at least 60k) he laughed, and looked at my male friend shaking his head and smiling. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! Took my car here for the first time back in December to get my tires changed. 4 hour long wait! I mean I just couldn't believe how long it took them. I asked after an hour what was taking so long, they said they were working on it. After 2 I asked to have my car back and their excuse was they were working on it. I swung around the back and no one was working on my car - it was up in the air with all of my old tires still on!! I couldn't get anyone to bring down my car and literally forced to wait the 4 hours to get that done. My alignment was off when I got it back as well. I didn't even bother to go back because of the obvious. Fast forward to today, made an appointment for oil change a few days ago, I'm told I have to wait 2 hours for the service to be done???! 2 hours!!!!! In two hours 4 oil changes can be done on my car. Horrible service. Purchased 4 brand new Michelin Tires totaling close to 1k. I had a 4:00 appointment & when I got there they informed me there is a 4 hour wait. Understanding the high demand in service, I asked to just have the 4 tires I purchased. They went to "look" then came back & informed me they did not have the tires.. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME & I REFUNDED MY WHOLE PURCHASE. WILL NEVER BE BACK. This place is the ABSOLUTE WORSE!!! I will be contacting consumer affairs for the hassle they put my husband through. We went in to get an oil change , tires , check sensors, and wheel alignment.They gave husband wrong set of tires that didn't go with the truck and they never did the oil change and the truck didn't feel like it was aligned AND sensors still not working!! I posted my first review of this horrendous establishment on Google and wanted to post an update but Google only allows you to post one review per business. I went to this location yesterday to have my car inspected. They failed me and told me that both my brakes needed to be replaced and my wipers needed to be replaced. Total for repairs over $1000. Today, I went to a mom'n'pop garage in Pelham Manor and not only passed inspection but, was told there's absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes or wipers. The only thing wrong with my car was that one of my high beam bulbs had burnt out. Something Pep Boys did not even monti on. The new garage I went to fix it for me for free and charged me $10 less than Pep Boys did because they were a palled by what a "franchise" like this tried to pull. A direct message to the owner, don't bother offering to fix my experience. I truly hope you go out of business! I'm a single mother who is down to my last $50 and you tried to scam me during the scariest time in the world. How dare you!!! Advice for anyone reading this, do not bring your car here. They will make up things wrong with your car and charge you a ridiculous amount of money. I bet they won't even fix anything they'll just leave the same parts on and take your money. read more

I use to love this store years ago. Within the past year to year and a half the service has declined drastically. They did an "oil change" when my wife took the car yet the mileage was never updated on the sticker or cars computer. They also failed us for inspection while another place passed us. They said it was our window tints, however the other mechanic tested it them in front of me and they were fine. I reached out to speak with a manager via phone and they refused to put me through to her. I had to call another department twice after being put on hold and them suddenly not picking up the phone. After speaking with the service manager, Gloria, she claimed she would review the camera to see if I came for service. I don't think this was an adequate solution considering my wife and I have receipts as well as the fact that they log everything in their computer system. Seems like they just want to cheat people out of their money now. I moss the people who worked their around three years ago. I would absolutely not recommend them for anything. My last effort is speaking to corporate before leaving Pep Boys alone completely. read more

I wish adding stars wasn't an option because the experience I had today was disgusting and disturbing. I left work today to fulfill an appointment I made at this location just to find out they were "temporarily closed for the day". I happened to see a gentleman inside through the window passing by the door so I knocked on the window to find out if he would be able to let me know what this temporary close would mean for my appointment today yet I was met with an angry, loud and extremely rude woman - who wasn't even in uniform or anything to indicate that she even worked there, she was in her winter coat and purse in hand - could've been anybody for all I know - cursing at me about the sign they left on the door which does not indicate anything about existing appointments for the day. I called the number that was left on the sign on the door and the person I spoke with said there's nothing they can do and I'd have to wait until tomorrow -_- The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily vulgar. read more
