We had Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken 65, Lamb Korma, Aloo Samosa, Butter Naan, and Mango Lassi. They were all amazing and we are very satisfied. Ordered takeout and waited less than 20 minutes. This will probably be our go-to Indian place.

It's shocking how much this place has deteriorated in quality and standards even with the same management. The food used to be very good a few years ago. But sadly not anymore. The dosas were soggy and sambar & chutney were tasteless. Aloo parantha didn't have anything with it - buyer or dahi or pickle would have been nicer. And it didn't taste anything. I keep going back to this place in hopes may be it was just one time. But twice has that happen. I would not go back to this place.

Stopped by on a weekend lunch and tried their lunch buffet - there were 5 types of rice be 3-4 types of chicken - all of which a need to have the base. The lack of variety in the buffet was striking and the reason why a return is less likely. Clean enough place that gets the basics right with an Andhra-style cuisine that is offered. Better options at that price point abound. Service was minimal and didn't see anything that would be compelling enough to give their A La Carte options a shot

I came to Pepperhouse with my parents and fiancé at the end of December on a Sunday night for a quick dinner, and Pepperhouse DELIVERED! Outstanding food with no wait time. We were nervous at first, because Pepperhouse took over a restaurant that was there before they are what they are now. I can't even remember what it used to be called. But a new name, new management, and a new look is just what this place needed. We ordered so many different dishes from Hakka Noodles, to Samosa Chaat, Gobi Manchurian, and a Dosa, and everything was fantastic. I am not big on buffets so I wouldn't be able to comment on that. As a restaurant with you ordering food to the table, I can definitely vouch for that! They also have a banquet hall next door which is a huge plus! I can't wait to be back.

Stopped in here real quick for dinner while my kid is at a dance class. Since it was just me, I didn't order much but I loved what I ordered. Loved their aloo samosa and chicken tikka masala (like it how we can adjust the spice, of course I went with spicy). Totally recommend this place!

We had an excellent dosa, vegetable vindaloo, and garlic naan. All good. The naan was especially tender and delicious.

While it doesn't look like much from the outside, interiors are very classy, with tasteful decor and a koi pond. While I am a regular at their Hamilton location, I didn't have high hopes that this location could match the quality as it's difficult to replicate recipes for ethnic foods between restaurant locations, but the Maple Shade location serves up equally delicious and high quality food. A bonus is that it serves up traditional North Indian cuisine, as almost every other Indian restaurant in the area has menus that are more noticeably centered around South Indian cuisine, which utilize different recipes despite an overlap in some of the dishes offered. We started off with an order of onion pakoras (4/5). While they are a bit larger than those served at other Indian restaurants, they are well above average in quality and a great way to start off a meal. For meals, we went with the paneer masala and navratan korma. Both dishes were served in a generous portion filled to the rim of the serving bowls. The paneer masala (5/5) was prepared to perfection with just the right amount of spice and delectable tomato-based gravy, and among the best I've had among Indian restaurants in New Jersey. The navratan korma (5/5) was also flavorful and delicious with a nice medley of vegetables. The butter naan (4.5/5) was delicious and fluffy, just the way I like it, although a tiny corner of it was a bit overdone (didn't detract from the taste of it). Service (5/5) by Anil was excellent, as he was warm and friendly throughout the meal, checking in on us to ask if we needed additional rice or anything else. I'll definitely be returning to this Palace of Asia location and would happily recommend them to others looking for quality North Indian cuisine in the Maple Shade/Cherry Hill area.

He provides top-tier service every single time (we always joke that us bald guys have to stick together! ‍). He makes you feel like family. Now, let's talk strategy. You have to start with the appetizers: the Samosas, Fish Pakora, and Mixed Tandoori Grill are absolute must-haves to get things going. They have a massive selection of vegetarian dishes--my personal favorites are the Malai Kofta and the Navratan Korma (the royal dish of India). But don't worry, they cover all the bases with amazing fish, chicken, beef, and lamb dishes, too. (You can't go wrong with the Chicken Makhani/Butter Chicken). They take customization seriously here--spice levels range from Mild all the way up to 'Indian Hot' if you're brave enough! Wash it all down with a Mango Lassi. This is the perfect spot if you want a relaxed atmosphere where you can really take your time. Plus, it's BYOB! Cannot recommend this place enough.
