My husband love crab legs when we drove nearby, it was no brainer that we are having dinner here. Upon arrival, we noticed how run down the area is and almost turned our vehicle to leave. It was a Saturday night and we were hungry so we gave it a try. Entering the restaurant, we were surprised how well lit and filled with customers dining. We were greeted by friendly staff who took us to our table in no time. They have hibachi, variety of sushi (cooked and raw), crab legs, softshell crabs (my fav), salt pepper shrimps, and your typically Chinese restaurant food selections. Their softshell crabs were really delicious. The seasoning used in the stir fry is so good. The employees provide each table a large bowl for the crab shells and every few minutes, they come by to take away the plates and provide us with new bowl for the crab legs. They were very attentive. Overall, I'd say this is better than the average Chinese buffet. Would I come back here again? Sure, when Im in the area. Would I intentionally drive out here for the food? I was very disappointed with this buffet. The food quality was poor, with many dishes tasting bland, stale, or overcooked. Several items were barely warm, and the selection looked like it had been sitting out for a long time without being refreshed. The crab legs were soft mushy and just taste like they were cooked in ocean water. The desserts were equally underwhelming and didn't taste fresh. On top of the disappointing food, the overall experience didn't justify the price. They charge $6 for a 2yr old that ate 1 slice watermelon and 3 grapes and 2 pieces of french fries. Service wasn't good and they were very rude when I was over charged on my check. Cleanliness and presentation could also use significant improvement. Sometimes bought at what's cheaper at Sam's club. Only thing made to order is the hibachi which is freshly cooked if you can say that... food class poor !! shrimps ,crabs, scallops, shrimps plus the shrimp is not devaned...in general is not the best by any means at 24.99 its really not at all better by any means. Not the best pictures but the buffet was full of traditional Chinese food such as egg rolls, ribs, chicken dishes, shrimp dishes, fried rice and lo mein. In addition to a large sushi section there was a ton of seafood options: snow crab legs, peel your own shrimp, mussels, oysters and more. Plus American food options: chicken fingers, fried shrimp, French fries and salad. The meal ended with different desserts cakes, cookies and ice cream. Service was fair. They never refilled our drinks but did remove our dirty plates each time we went up for more. The place was packed on a week day holiday. Come hungry and you can definitely eat your moneys worth of food. I enjoyed the sushi, the fried shrimp and the bacon wrapped chicken the most. read more

They did have the Alaskan crab legs and other types of crab but they aren't huge - as usual you will get people who load up their entire plates with crab legs. A really big food selection, especially of seafood. The only problem is, is that the foods are so crammed together, as well as the restaurant seating. We felt like sardines or cattle, and it ruined our experience. I had King crab legs, some (huge) shrimp cocktail, sushi, cheesy crab bake (my favorite) and a few desserts, including ice-cream (Hood brand). My partner had General Tso's chicken, and a lot of other goodies, like dumplings, and crab rangoon - even some from the American selection (thumbs down on the mac and cheese). He liked everything else, but wasn't blown away. I concur. The $18.99 dinner ea price tag was/is a bit steep. Id say $15 would be more fair. This buffet does offer many seafood dishes so if you like seafood you'll probably enjoy your meal. However, the biggest downfall of this spot is all the unaccompanied children at the buffet. Coming from Philly and not familiar with the area we were looking to stop for lunch. Route 38 doesn't have much to offer but fast food. Didn't expect much from the exterior look of the place on a mostly empty shopping center. But overall better than its front facing appearance. but there were quite a few seafood and six shrimp med/lge options. Had a salad to start, fresh lettuce. Was looking for a place have lunch Sunday and to eat crab legs and this place popped up. Came from Philly and hoped all the way there that we wouldn't be disappointed. Pulled into parking lot kind of confused because all the stores looked empty. As we got closer to the restaurant noticed a Harbor Freight at the end of the strip mall. There was ample parking and we went inside and were greeted by very friendly folk. After being seated and ordering beverages, we went to the stations. They gave about 4 stations on the floor and sushi and hibachi against the back wall. On the back wall near the restrooms is a freezer with 6/7 different ice cream choices. They have a mother room labeled Banquet room I would assume for large groups. I had numerous shrimp dishes (hot n spicy, salt n pepper, butter, and w/broccoli) the crab legs were plentiful, you just had to get quick and get whenever they replenished them. The also had ginger crabs which were tasty. If you like/love crawfish they were plentiful. Lots of vegetables, soups, salads and finger foods (fries, nuggets, pizza, etc.). They are a decent buffet because there's not much competition..they NEVER seem to bring enough of the infamous crab legs, and when they DOOOO..it's like..the skinniest clusters, like ALL BACK LEGS! ijs...and ALSO, people hover over the area WAITING for them to bring out the "tray" of legs, so by the time you DO make it to the tray..it's basically milky crab water at the bottom. The LAST time I went, I was STEALTH with my crab action so I got lucky! I STILL think it's worth it to go! It's not delicious, but you'll find most, if not all, of what you would expect. They have crab legs for dinner (which is why the dinner price is more expensive), but be warned: they fill and refill one pan and one pan only with them. They do it slowly and they get snatched up quickly, so you may have to wait and fight to get some if that's what you want. Talk about a happy accident. Scenario: You're on your way home from a road trip and your toddler is hangry. You're nowhere near a city and you decide to take a detour on the NJ Turnpike to the middle of nowhere near Mount Holly at an exit you normally whisk by without a thought to hit up a buffet ASAP to feed your kid. This is what how I ended up here. Well, fortunately the offerings here were surprisingly good. Kind of nice they offered crab legs for Sunday lunch though TBH the quality of that was just meh at best. However, their other surprisingly decent dishes more than compensated for the crab (which I wasn't expecting to begin with TBH). They have a really good selection of shrimp - all options were tasty and fresh. They also had an excellent hibachi section that tasted pretty damn good. I was really down with the garlic sauce + sriracha combo with the shrimp. Some of their food leans towards the salty side and the hot + sour soup was way too sweet for my taste. However, generally speaking the food itself did taste good and was relatively flavorful. Really not bad considering it's a massive Chinese buffet that's reasonably priced. The staff here was very friendly. No complaints at all.
