I ordered the steamed chicken with rice (khao man gai) and the tom kha soup, requesting spice level 2 for the soup and 1 for the chicken. I was told the chicken didn't come with a spice level, but the soup could be made a 2. The soup came out and was actually pretty good. After waiting quite a while for the entrée, I checked in and was told they didn't have it. At that point I was confused . I asked what I had ordered then, since I was starving and had no idea what I was waiting for all this time. What Thai restaurant doesn't have chicken and rice in stock? Especially if it's advertised as a lunch special. Long story short, I left hungry. The service was disappointing and the communication could have been much better. I ended up going across the street to Chick-fil-A instead.
