I wasn't sure about this place, so one day, I went rather reluctantly with friends, and it was the best thing we did! I have tried their pizza, the burger (to die for - very juicy and always done as requested), and I just recently tried the steak tip dinner which is wonderful as it tastes just like it was cooked on a charcoal bbq grill. For a small business in a town of chain restaurants you would think they would go above and beyond the good serve of Applebee's, 99 and Friday's. Got there after performing in a show to enjoy food and drinks with the cast around 11pm was was told that we could have pizza, calzones or anything fried (strike 1) So ordered wine, sweet rolls and fried ravioli - the waitress came back 30 min later and said that they were out of the fried ravioli (strike 2) so changed order to mozzarella sticks - 30 min later was told the fry machine was broken (strike 3) Now it's after mid-night - I was like just me the bill to pay for my wine, my husband's drink, my child's juice and fries. They couldn't even do the bill right and said to the group that they couldn't run that many debit cards through and we could get cash from the ATM machine there. Hell no that machine charges you a fee. I'm NOT paying a fee for crappy serve. Next time I'll stick to going to Friday's I get good drinks, good food and excellent service there. read more

Really horrible service. We were seated immediately but then it was 20 mins before anyone came over. This was not a crowded time either. There were about 20 people in the bar and that was it. Once we finally ordered the food came relatively fast. A lot of people ordered wings, perhaps we should have followed their lead. The sandwich I got was mediocre at best. My friend had pasta. She found it mushy and way over cooked, that is after she was able to fish it out of the full bowl of watery red sauce. Not a repeater for us! read more

When the other reviewers say that the service is terrible, you must believe them. While I waited to order take out lunch today, a family came in and waited by the entrance. The host ran by, frazzled, and the mother asked if they could just find a seat. He stopped, looked at them as if they were the stupidest people in the world and directed their attention to the "Please Wait to be Seated" sign with an exasperated sigh complete with eye roll. This was a grown man, but he acted like an annoyed 14 year old girl. I ordered a steak tip fajita salad, no cheese (I'm allergic to dairy), and balsamic dressing on the side. The steak tips don't really qualify to be called steak tips, they are tiny, about the size of a finger tip each. The sauce they are cooked in is pretty decent, which was good because they packed my salad with a ranch dressing instead of balsamic. Since ranch contains dairy, I was left with a pretty dry salad if not for the steak sauce. All in all, I'm not impressed, I'll be getting my lunch elsewhere. read more

I had the worst restaurant experience of my life at this establishment. Yes, of my life. The bartender/waitress had an attitude as soon as we were seated. Almost put out that she had to do her job-lazy and rude. She overcharged us on the bill, and was nasty about adjusting it. She was lucky to get any tip at all and when she took our bill she came back to the table and cursed us out for not leaving a satisfactory tip. Who does that?! Don't go there. Ever. read more

I had to write this review as soon as I got home because the experience we had was so horrendous that I wanted to warn others before they went. We went with friends for the first time tonight because their friend was playing in a band. I have gluten intolerance, so I was happy to see that they had gluten-free pizza. I ordered that, and along with some appetizers to share. After the apps came, the waitress said she screwed up and put in the wrong gluten-free pizza, and that it would be another ten minutes for my pizza. That was fine. The other meals came out. At least 20 minutes later when everyone in my party was done eating, the pizza came out. It was a soggy mess. I couldn't even pick up a slice. It was like cheese and tomato soup on a pan. I called the waitress over and told her and she offered to put it back in. I told her that wasn't possible because it was such a mess. She was really apologetic, and said she would comp it, but I told her I would like to tell the manager. He came over a couple of minutes later and leaned over the table. He didn't introduce himself - just stood there. I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I told him what happened with the order and that the pizza was inedible when it finally came out, and said that if they were going to advertise gluten-free food, they need to figure out how to do it right. He instantly started berating me and said I need to be less rude and insulting and give feedback in a better way! There was no apology. He said he was the owner, and he's been doing this for four years and has never had a complaint. The friends I was with were appalled and asked if this is how he deals with customers all the time. He continued to reprimand me for the way I gave feedback, and I just said "Wow - we're done here." He said " fine - you don't ever have to come back." As if that was ever a consideration. There are so many good restaurants out there, don't waste your time with this one. The atmosphere isn't great, and the food was so-so (aside from the gluten-free pizza which was disgusting). The parking is really challenging on top of it. I don't necessarily buy into the idea that the "customer is always right," but as an owner you still have to know when to apologize and move on. This guy was a complete moron. I'm giving it one star because the waitress was so nice. read more

I think the food here is great. I love their pizza and have had sandwiches that were great as well. The problem is always the service. I have kept coming back simply for the food. I just got back from Trivia Night and I was ready to have some fun... However, as soon as I walked in my emotions were immediately ruined by the snotty, rude, and unprofessional bar staff. Every question, or order I asked (when I actually got this lady, Lisa's, attention) was replied with a rude "What?" "OK" or dirty look. I could NOT believe, ME, a customer, was being treated like this. I chose to ignore it the first couples times, maybe thinking she was having a rough night but after coming in 3rd in the trivia contest, later on that evening, and trying to get her attention to claim my prize- she giggled very disrespectfully at her other bar tender co-worker (as a snide gesture making fun of me trying to get her attention) as she came over to me and began to throw my prize over the bar, she then changed tactics and handed it to me and I replied with a cheery "Oh, it's okay- you could have thrown it!"... With my ASTONISHMENT, She turned around with a dirty , inappropriate response saying "Excusssee me?!" (as if I crossed some kind of line?) I simply responded with, "Oh, I just said it's okay you could have thrown it" after this she turned and laughed to herself and to her co-worker as to say "Ya that's right.." After this I was ready to leave. My friends and I were putting on our jackets when she walked by me, with a very mean, and threatening glare- she abruptly and VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY said "GOT SOMETHIN' TO SAY?" I was so confused as to what and why this lady was continuing to be so RUDE! I responded with "Excuse me?" and she said "You got something to say? you ripped the t-shirt outta my haand and are now giving me a dirty look? GOT SOMETHIN TO SAY?" at this point my mind was so blown, I was actually speechless.. My boyfriend then stepped in and we left, after being approached by other customers saying how unbelievable that was to see an EMPLOYEE DO THAT TO A CUSTOMER. This place is poorly ran, and I cannot even begin to express how upset, angry and flustered I was leaving this place. As my one night off I wanted to have fun and go out, and this was NOT THE PLACE TO GO.
