Just tried this place for the first time. Ordered a large cheese pizza for 12.99. I was very impressed. The cheese was awesome. Fresh tomato sauce. Perfect flavor. Not too thick, not too thin crust. Pizzas are made with fresh ingredients. I placed an order online and it was ready for pickup in 10 minutes. Crust is nicely brown and thickness was to my liking. They have the best lunch specials (best value) and the Napa Valley salad is the best with its candied pecans and sweet raspberry dressing. read more

I hadn't been to this location in quite some time. It was evident that they were under new management or ownership since I had last been. The pizza is still good it's the other things that bring the rating down. I got the lunch convo (pizza, salad and drink.) They need to revisit how they make a salad. I've been a couple times within the past two weeks just to get an accurate feel. The salad never has enough dressing. Instead of shredded Parmesan cheese they have wide flat and rather large pieces. They also put way too many croutons. The salad I most recently had (average size plate) had 22 croutons on it. They also literally have only about 6 or 7 forks in the restaurant. 3 out of 5 times I went there were none in the silverware container while spoons and knives were readily available. The other times there were about 4 or five forks with only one other customer in there. The first 3 visits they were out of the Pepperoni's special topi g with no expectation of getting more; however, the next time I went another customer asked and an employee brought out a container. Just moved to the area and have been on the lookout for an amazing pizza joint. Pepperoni's isn't bad, but it's not really good either. We've gotten it twice, once in the restaurant about a month ago and once last week carryout. We ordered the same type of pizza both times, but it came out vastly different. The first time, the crust was incredibly thin and floppy, and the sauce was smooth. The second time, the crust was more the thickness I expected, but the sauce was full of huge tomato chunks. Such a degree of inconsistency makes me hesitant to recommend it. Who knows if their, say, cleanliness practices are similarly inconsistent? The restaurant itself was small and pretty empty when we visited. The atmosphere made me feel like they prefer customers to be in and out quickly, similar to the energy of a mall food court. I like that they have a drive-through, though, and they're very quick when you order online. read more

We went there once and were VERY impressed by the taste of the pizza. Everything about it is delicious. The cheese and marinara sauce were perfectly proportioned - neither was more overwhelming than the other, which is sometimes an issue at other pizza places. I described to a young man named Dexter that I had an allergy to dairy and eggs and would like to speak with a manager to confirm that the standard crust was dairy and egg free, he proceeded to tell me that I don't need to speak to a manager and they don't make the crust with eggs, they make it with flour. I described that additional ingredients accompany the flour and I need to make sure it's not dairy or eggs for my allergy. He described to me that it was dairy and egg free and come to find out it ISN'T. I spent my whole afternoon and evening feeling sick(while pregnant). Please make sure that your staff KNOWS what they're serving to customers, And if they don't know, they need to find out before providing definitive answers to customers. Probably better to dine in rather than order delivery. Customer service is not an issue here, just the quality of your order once it arrives at your location. The quality of my typical order of Pepperoni Rolls and Thin crust large pizza has declined within the past year. My pizza has been delivered luke warm at best and the pepperoni rolls are crammed into a box and covered in oil. Probably better to dine in rather than order delivery. read more

Very good thin Pizza. Just tried the New Yorker and it was really good. Alot better than the single topping pepperoni I usually order. The Gyro is good as well as the other sandwiches I have tried. We really like this place. Friendly staff who are glad to see you also helps. read more

I have eaten here 3 times in the last month. The pizza is very good here. Medium thickness crust. Usual toppings. Good flavor in the sauce. It's not too salty unlike other local pizza places. I don't find myself drinking glasses of water all afternoon after having lunch here. I am most impressed by the salad. It is really fresh. Fresher than most restaurants I have been too. read more

I've ordered from Pepperoni's twice. I got a Spinaci personal pizza and it was excellent. The next time I ordered a lasagna. For $8 it was a huge portion and surprisingly good quality. I enjoyed both experiences and will order here again. read more

I ordereda Med Supreme Thin Crust Pizza, Small Cheese Pizza and garlic bread last week and was looking forward to their yummy pizza, but that is not what I got. My delivery did not show up when expected, so I called the store, the gentleman that answered the phone said he would call the driver and call me back, that never happened. About 5-10 mins later my pizza showed up, so I asked the driver what took so long as my pizza is now 30 mins late, but since he didn't seam to talk to much English, it was pointless in questioning him. MY PIZZA WAS SOGGY ALL THE WAY THE EDGE OF THE CRUST, Threw the whole SUPREME Pizza AWAY!! I could have just flushed the $30 I just spent down the toilet. I then called the store back and spoke to Daniel, he said he was the assistant manager?? Instead of being understanding and trying to help the situation, Daniel went on to make excuses, (1) we only have 1 driver tonight (2) typically our crust is soggy, NO it is not, I order enough to know that the crust might not be as crispy, but it is because of all the toppings (3) Then he went on to tell me to have a good night, he was not even trying to help me. I asked him who is over you and he replied he was not quite sure?? Explains it all, when you give someone with no experience and does not care about their job, the place will go crap!! THINK TWICE!! The worst pizza experience! First of all, the place was filthy. When the girl came to wipe down a table so we could sit, she used a soaking wet rag that smelled like strong chemicals. She left the table wet so we had to get napkins and dry it off. Then, when the pizza arrived, the cheese had a horrible taste...also like chemicals. The crust tasted like cardboard. Never, never again! Pepperoni's used to have great pizza...what happened? We ended up leaving and going home to find something decent to eat. Big waste of money!! read more

Best pizza ever. Period. Great service at this location, however, to avoid waiting forever, either eat in the restaurant or get take-out. The pizzas are ready within 10-20 minutes of ordering, but delivery is really slow. Reasonably priced. Very, very good Greek and Napa salads. All of the pizzas we've tried are wonderful, and they do specialty ingredients like soy-based cheeses, custom sauce orders (including pesto!), and tons of other options. I recently just moved here and have been checking out the local places to discover what my new go to will be. DEFINITELY NOT THIS PLACE!! Yelp has been a huge help!! Read mixed reviews about this place but decided I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a pizza, salad, sub and a 2Litre. For starters, they forgot the salad and 2Litre upon delivery so the guy had to go back. Wtf?? While that was happening, I checked out the pizza and salad. Salad clearly had been placed on top of the pizza so therefore it was warm (gross). I had asked for grilled chicken on top of the salad and instead they gave me dry chicken partially wrapped in foil, separate on the side. Asked for oil/vinegar dressing and pretty much gave me oil. Pizza looked like it had been sitting for a while before I got it. (You know how cheese looks when it's been sitting for some time) and the pizza dough was really rubbery like. It was not soft at all! Finally, when the rest of the order was delivered, they didn't even get the sub right!! Missing a bunch of items on it and placed in a plastic container so it was pretty much had fallen apart during its travel to me. Suggestions?...They probably should start repeating back orders to customers to prevent situations like these from happening bc otherwise I was extremely disappointed. Wrap your subs instead to keep them together and in form. Add utensils since I didn't with my salad order. So, for those thinking about ordering from this place, think twice. I would've been better off heating up a frozen pizza instead. read more
