I am writing a long overdue review for Adli, Steve and team at AWP water systems, especially considering what they did recently. First, a few years ago, when we had moved to Pleasanton, we were shocked with the quality of water. We learned that we get hard water here but the worst part was the weird taste of the water. We reached out to a few vendors. Adli responded quickly, set up an appointment and showed up at our door. Adli did not try to sell us. Instead, he informed us of our choices. He made his recommendations. He explained patiently why his recommendations are good. After Adli left, we did our research and turns out he was right about every recommendation. The shocking part though was that Adli's pricing was reasonable compared to other vendors. We installed a water softener that does good work. Unfortunately, recently, the flow of water reduced so much that there was minimal to no flow of water. We had reached out to a few vendors ands hockingly, some of the vendors suggested replacing the whole unit, which didn't make sense to us, not to mention the ridiculously high cost. Then, we remembered Adli. And he came to our rescue again. He said he would send Steve the next day. Steve came to our home, inspected and immediately identified the issue. Steve suggested a solution, went back and talked Adli about it. Adli gave a pricing for the job that was customer friendly compared to other vendors. Adli's guys arrived, replaced the tank in a few minutes instead of just replacing the resin, charged us a low price and left. The water softener unit is back to working normally. The summary of the long review is two things - 1. Customer friendly, 2. Honest and trustworthy. Needless to say, I refer AWP water systems to our friends and anyone asking for similar service. Adli and team are good professionals who know what they are doing and take care of their customers. I would highly recommend AWP water systems for their reasonable price and high quality of service. read more

Only good when you are a new customer and need to set up a new system. But once you're done with all of that and pay them, they are a completely different company. Service quality is zero. We gave them 12 customers in our family and our friends circle but still no one cares. We tried to reach them for filter cleaning, and it took almost 3 months to get someone. Finally, he showed up and fixed the problem we paid him for, and he left, system broke again in 15 mins and he was not interested in staying for the test firsthand. We called him, and he said he knew it would break again because the filter system is broken and needs to be replaced. Please find a company that cares about sales and after-sales service. read more

They are fraudulent my system is 3 yrs old the tank is leaking I been in contact with the company who tells me that a third party sold and installed the equipment who is no longer a third party seller for AWP the warranty is only good for 1 year that I'm SOL but all my receipts are from AWP out of Livermore there is nothing noted that a third party handle my transaction BEWARE will be reporting to CSLB poor poor quality poor workmanship read more

Absolutely great servicE! Adli was very responsive and honest about my system and why it failed. He was able to get a technician out to my home the same day, and replaced my unit within an hour. Update almost 6 years later. Kareem was great at communicating and coming the next day to replace the filters and membrane. He tested all of our water qualities (tap water, fridge filtered water and reverse osmosis water) and the RO water was remarkably cleaner! So cool to actually see the results. There is a regular maintenance requirement for the RO system (about $300 every 2-3 years, which wasn't quite explained to us when we purchased initially) but the water softener system still only requires the salt pellets which are fairly inexpensive at Home Depot. Overall still love our AWP system and happy to be investing in clean water!! read more

We bought a whole house water softener and a under the sink RO filtration system last year. The team at AWP is very responsive and prompt. Kareem sold the system to us and the installation team installed in a couple of days. We had a leak in the RO and a technician fixed it in a few days. The performance has been seamless henceforth. Water softener is fine but not happy with the RO system and ended up pulling it out. Also the RO system install was done poorly and I had to rerun water line and fix cabinets they drill holes through. The RO system is also not certified for use in CA which makes getting replacement cartridges difficult. I was very specific about making sure the water pressure wasn't low to the faucet or fridge and it is ok flow at facuet and very low at fridge. New system I put together and installed has high pressure at both places and better filtration and added minerals for way less money. They said they would refund me me but three months later I'm still waiting. read more

I called for adjust the tank time and cleaning cycle. The guy came in and done the work in 5 mins and asked me for $135. The guy definitely didn't mention there was a $135 charge over the phone.
