You can really taste the difference - it's so clean and you can taste it in the water. They also have great customer service too.

In this economy, it's important to research a bit to find service providers that are reasonably priced without compromising quality. I called for an initial quote and Trung took some basic questions and advised us the next step would be for him stop by the house for a quote. We agreed on a date and time, and he showed up promptly. After a quick assessment, including understanding the neighborhood and its hard water challenges -- he was able to give us an instant quote. Of course, we had to discuss the quote with the family to see if it was something we were able to work with. Within a week, we were able to get in touch with him to schedule the installation appointment. Trung arrived the day of our appointment and got straight to work. He installed the water softener tank along with corresponding piping, and secured everything with a drill. He finished in record time (less than two hours) and was very thorough with explaining maintenance instructions, etc. The product is covered with manufacturer warranty and he wrapped up the appointment by advising us to call him should we ever experience any issues. The unit looks great in its setup, our water is cleaner and softer, and we didn't have to break the bank. Win-win all around. Exceptional experience for service, quality, and affordability!

They charged me $2,750 for the entire rough-in and installation labor. On the positive side, the system is fully functional and holds pressure perfectly. The configuration connects everything required for the home's water loop, and it is running exactly as it should. However, a visual analysis of the final execution reveals that the installation lacks the clean, polished finish you expect from a premium trade professional at this price point. In fact, the installer originally tried to use steel flex hoses that were not rated for outdoor use. Because my contract explicitly called for rigid copper, I had to call him back out the next day to replace them. This forced rewrite of the plumbing clearly disrupted his planning. The resulting issues with the craftsmanship: Un-Leveled Lines: The installer did not use a spirit level on the final runs. The main upper horizontal copper line noticeably slants downward, which causes the electronic valve head on top of the filtration tank to sit visibly tilted. Forced Pipe Geometry: Because the installer originally cut and mounted the stainless steel pre-filter housing to fit a flexible hose, switching to rigid copper threw off his alignment. Instead of re-mounting the equipment properly for a clean, straight run, he pieced together multiple street elbows into an awkward "Z-bend" offset just to force the rigid lines to connect. Sloppy Solder & Excess Residue: The soldering work is messy. There are thick drips of hardened solder left sitting on the copper. When asked about it, he claimed it was just leftover solder, but leaving heavy "solder icicles" on a premium install is poor craftsmanship. Overall, the system works perfectly, and the price was fair for the total scope of work involved. I just wish they had spent an extra 20 minutes on the final aesthetics, layout planning, and cleanup to match the high quality of the system's functionality.
