The customer service specialist, Jessica, was very rude on the phone when I tried to explain the ongoing problems I've been having with leaking tubes and forgotten keys. Even worse, it turns out I haven't been getting proper softener bypass because of corrosion. Instead of standing behind their system, they're blaming city water and want to charge me a minimum of $200 to replace the pipes. Meanwhile, I'm already paying $70 every month for service that's only performed every other month. This level of arrogance after 15 years of loyalty is incredibly disappointing. It feels like they have enough customers now and simply don't care about keeping the long-term ones. Very sad to have to say goodbye, but I can't continue with this kind of service.

After the technician completed the filter service, my water filtration system was not working properly. I contacted the owner expecting them to stand behind their work and help troubleshoot the issue. Instead, without performing an official inspection of the system, I was quickly told that the resin likely needed to be replaced and was quoted approximately $500 for another service visit. My system is only about 5-6 years old, so I was concerned that such an expensive repair was being recommended without properly diagnosing the problem first. We later discovered on our own that the actual issue was that the filtration system settings had not been set correctly after the technicians changed the filters. Once the settings were corrected, the system worked. My biggest concern is the lack of communication and proper troubleshooting. Before recommending a customer spend another $500, especially immediately after your technicians serviced the system, I would expect the company to first verify that the work was completed correctly and that the system settings were properly configured. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

My wife had a #1 beef pho which seemed pretty good, the beef products were fresh. The staff turned around our order in a timely manner on a Sunday afternoon and there place wasn't completely full but there were other parties seated. It was a good experience. I'm usually only in that area when I hit the outlets so maybe I'll try them again the next time I hit the outlets.

I see ready refresh deliver in my apartment all the time so I began ordering from them. For my first order I purchased a hot and cold water dispenser and three 5 gallon bottles of water. I was excited. Everything went so well. The second order I decided to order a Black bottle rack to store my bottles on that would match my black kitchen appliances. My order came and I received a white bottle rack. I reached out to customer support through the app and the only response I ever got was that my message was important to them and they will be getting back to me within 5 to 7 business days. Never happened. Then I didn't realize I had maxed out my credit card so my payment didn't go through. Again, I reached out through the app and got the same response and no follow-up response. A third time, I reached out through the app and again, the same response and no follow-up response. Now I have a letter saying that I have to return my rental dispenser that I purchased and that they are discontinuing my service. I tried calling their customer service number to speak to someone and get this resolved. I have not been successful. Definitely would not recommend. Will be switching to another water delivery company. read more

I'm not a strict customer. but... the app is full of bugs. seeing my delivery double but can't even remove it. tried many times not working. then I went to the website. same. full of bugs. the edit delivery reduce quantity button not working. and every single page when you leave it, it just keeps asking for confirmation, have you heard anything about UX? really pissed me off, water not even that good. charge you 9$ delivery fee. this fee is not explicitly shown when you make the first purchase. decided to cancel my subscription, and know what? there's no freaking button to do so the only way is to contact them. my god. worst experience ever. read more

Will be closing our account. Ever since their merger with Primo Brands they literally can't do the one thing that they exist to do - deliver water! I've now called 5 times, been put on a hold for (literally) hours, been told multiple times that I would get a callback to not receive one, and been promised now 5 times that our delivery would be made only to have it "rescheduled." Their agents are being completely set up to fail due to the incompetency of the supervisors and the broken systems that are in place. Run from this company as quickly as you can. read more

The system was non-functional…read moreand they charged me $250 to come out and turn it on, in addition to adding salt. 2 months later, there was black cloudy water in our bathrooms, kitchen faucet and all other places. I called the Sunnyvale city thinking something's up with the city water. They came over and checked everything and the culprit was Puronics. The system is hardly a few years old and already broken. I called the northcal office and they wanted another $200 to come out for a diagnostics check even when it was clear that their system is causing hazardous living conditions. When I talked about warranty, like many scandalous businesses, they said the warranty is only with the original homeowner. What non-sense! I turned the system off and the water was back to pristine purity levels in seconds. Definitely low quality products and terrible service when their system fails.
