Decided to support a local restaurant, called and ordered a Pizza to go; 1-16" Supreme, add extra cheese and Canadian Bacon. The pizza was ready when I arrived, and I paid with my card and left. I returned home and enjoyed the pizza with a cold beer. The pizza itself was still hot and overall the quality and amount of toppings were average; nothing to complain about but definitely nothing to make Peppino's my destination of choice for pizza in the future. Got the 18" Veggies with added pepperoni. Crust very bland. Very little sauce - in fact no sauce on many of the bites of pizza. Tasted like bread with cheese and vegetables. No salt, no seasonings noted in the taste of the bland pizza. Disappointed. Also was not greeted by staff nor did they check on us at all. They need to put some seasoning on their crust, some tomato sauce on their pizza and acknowledge their customers when they come up to the counter to order. Never again. read more

Oh where do I start? This place charges more than then their menu price for items. For example the cheese sticks are $7.99 but they charge 8.99. Last time I was here (months ago) I was told "we are working on getting this updated". Still not updated. While talking to the girl at the register, she mumbled. I called to see if I could order two large lasagnas to feed a party of 15 to pick up a couple of days before New Years Day. When I heard the girl go ask her boss, I could hear his answer. I have been going to this place for 20 years as time passes it seemed the service slipping. I would go here every Friday. Sometimes twice a week. I've seen several changes take place. However I must say tonight's service has been the worst. The pizza was cold even though the box was warm. We waited inside about 10 minutes before the pizza was given to us. Drove home getting ready to eat. The bottom side slightly burnt. No problem. The rest was the cheese did not stretch sauce was cold and the crust cracked apart. I was totally disappointed. Where do I start? Before we even walked in the door we arrived 5 minutes before they opened. We weren't aware of the time of opening nor what time it was. It was 10:55 am and they opened at 11. We had no problem with waiting in our car for 5 minutes once we realized this. However, one of the men working the register walked out and said, "do y'all know what time it is?" and "it's only 10:55 and we open at 11." First off I completely understand not wanting to open 5 minutes before but his tone of voice and the fact that he even stepped outside to be rude was unacceptable. I was ready to leave and not walk in at that point but we ended up staying which was an awful choice. We proceeded to the register and the same individual acted as if we were such a burden to his life. All of the workers seemed miserable and acted as if they hated their job. We both wanted coke and the machine wasn't working at first and it took them about 30 minutes to get our drinks. The pizza was okay but not the best. We won't be back. read more

There was one other couple sitting down in the entire restaurant. He took my order, I ordered one 12" pizza, and two drinks which by the way, the total was $37. My family used to get take out from this location every Thursday, however we no longer do. The pizza is decent, but the restaurant does not appear to be clean. Tables are often left unwiped, the surfaces are dusty, and the interior overall is drab and dark. The lady at the counter is friendly enough and they do offer weekly specials. The quality of the food overall is unfortunately inconsistent. At times, the calzones are top notch and perfectly cooked. Other times, you may get some raw dough or the cheeses not equally distributed. You can order the same thing 3 days in a row and have a different experience every time. First time ordering from here and I got it delivered. Seriously was the best pizza and calzone I've ever had. Cheesy cheesy cheesy my family loved it. The philly cheese steak was also really good. The bread was not hard or over cooked nor was it soggy from the steak and cheese. I would definitely recommend this place. We have been going to this pizza place for about 4 yrs since moving into town. We will never do business with them again after today. The place is filthy and their staff is rude. I eat here almost every day and love it. They have a big screen TV and I get to watch Fox News while I eat. Not only that but they have WIFI access for free. I get to work eat and watch tv all at the same time. It is heaven for the busy person that likes to make the most out of time. Food is great and they have specials that are very affordable. When I finally got up to inquire about our order I received really rude remarks back and then when the pizza was brought to the table it was almost thrown onto the table. My wife & I went to Peppino's Italian Restaurant in Seneca, SC. We stepped up to the counter and ordered eggplant parmesan dinners, which comes with a salad and bread. We were asked if we would rather have salad or the extra bread with our meal, we ordered the salad. One of the employees brought a plate of garlic bread to our table, set it down and left. Soon after that a manwho identified himself as the manager, (he refused to give me his name), came over and told us a mistake had been made and that the bread did not belong to us; it in fact belonged to a couple at another table. I told him, kind of jokingly, if they didn't want it we would take it and he told me, in no uncertain terms, that he would rather throw the bread away than give it to us for free. Well, it didn't take me very long to sum up what kind of restaurant and help they have working there. I have never been talked to like that and all of my 61 years. That they would rather throw the food away in the trash than give it to to paying customers, especially when it was their mistake. He also went on to say that sometimes the help in the back eats he food that is delivered incorrectly and that's fine but he then walked to the trash can and threw away the entire plate of bread. And if that wasn't bad enough, the eggplant Parmesan was very mediocre and we could only finish about half of the plate because it wasn't very good. For me, this will be the last time I visit this establishment and I am appalled that they have someone in a management position that would tell a customer they would rather throw away food than give it to the customers, especially when it was their mistake in the first place. Listen people it was only garlic bread! Obviously they don't care, or though it seems, wether or not they have return business. As for me I will not be back. Right now I'm at home with upset stomach. I'm not sure if it's the food or that it just upset me so bad. So just telling you this, so you can be forewarned, if you enjoy this kind of treatment this is the place to go. read more

Ordered a slice of pizza and some wings for pick-up, on a Tuesday night was told 20 minutes, got there 22 minutes later and was told a few more minutes. After paying and standing there for another 15 minutes a different person asked what I wanted, after repeating I had placed an order for pick up she walked over to pizza table and put my slice of pizza in the oven. Then a guy walked over and told me the wings take a long time and it would be a few more minutes, more than 45 minutes after ordering. Lousy service and really poor customer service. read more

I absolutely LOVE peppinos and am a faithful customer of the Clemson one, however this one in Seneca is a disgrace! This was my first time at this location and my sisters first time at any and it just was not good. The food is good but the customer service was horrible! When we walked up to the counter the girl said absolutely nothing...nothing at all. Then when we stated our order she still not saying anything rang it up, put the receipt on the counter our drinks not in reach and walked away. The only she said to us was the total.
