Me and my little one went to pick up the pizza and I was so exhausted, I asked if I could eat there with my kiddo. The young ladies were SUPER helpful and got us a high chair and let me and my little one eat. Honestly, I was so tired I could cry, and it's the little things that make a difference. We've been to Pepz before & service was ok. So we decided to go back. We got to the restaurant at about 12:40pm & the there were very few customers. We decided to order 2 of the combo #2 lunch specials to go which is basically 2 slices of pizza pepperoni or cheese with a house salad & a fountain drink which was not bad $14 & some change. Waited a total of about 5 min for our food before we received our food & did not bother checking it. Once we got back to work we looked at our pizza & it was honestly not even edible. The pizza was soo burnt & you could taste it. We could not even eat it I ended up just eating my salad & tossing the pizza. Honestly this was such a waste of money. We've had better experiences here in the past. Just a note to the business... Please inform the cooks that if the pizza is burn not to serve it to the customers. I did a short notice catering order for 60 people within 24 hours, the sandwich's showed up on time and nice and warm. With a room full of Construction workers I have never gotten so many compliments on the lunch choice. "These sandwiches are the BOMB", "where did these come from" and " can we have more". Pepz is by far our favorite pizza. We use to live by the Yorba linda location and would go every week. When they shut down, we would try to make it to this location when ever convenient. This past year the service has gone way downhill. I have had several issues ordering over the phone, several inconsistencies when I came into pick up so we stopped coming.
